Imagine mvm was an idea made by the community and Valve pushed it into the game with nothing else but just as a map among many others. Something like that needs lore, development and care. It's effectively a new gamemode and after so many years, it would be really weird for this to be added now all of a sudden without any explanation after so many ignored content done for Vsh

In this case, it's about physically bringing into the game one of the most important figures in the game's lore. It's just like those bosses we got on halloween, they had a story, background or some kind of explanation

Saxton invented his own brand of wind called Saxton Gale, which is often felt in the Saxton Rail sections of the facility. Saxton even invented Saxton Hail, his own specialized weather phenomenon. If you want to send him a package, you must go to Saxton Mail. When Saxton was a kid, he loved the ocean. He even made his own Saxton Sail.

I think voice work has to be updated a bit, his delivery isnt viceral like og ones. He should yell most of his lines. It's not even matter of the new voice, but how he says things. Just needs more energy behind some of the lines. Voice i do like. Other idea i had was rare chance(or less rare if there are many players) for two players to become bosses, maybe Maggie from the comics would join Hale to punch some mercs :v Maybe a reskin/revoice of Hale by his ancestors Billious Hale and Barnabus Hale with unique abilities. Billious could have a sledge hammer like on the picture in Coal town MvM map, and Barnabus a double barrel shotgun.
The maps look lovely, but can we have some new bosses with different abilities, I know that its still a pretty fresh version and implementing new powers and animations is probably time consuming but I bet everyone would love that, however do as you wish bcuz thus is awesome! I really don't know if Valve would add this mode but pretty cool there are people who still love VSH mode to this day. So, what changes and legacy features this mode has? Will the classic VSH bosses return?
If I had to pick one of the maps, it's this one, it's a one of the less popular map aesthetics in the game, and I love how everything looks! Of course, I'm going purely by looks, only got to try Tiny Rock so far...
tested this a few days ago, feels too big in retrospect. maps like tinyrock were perfect because there wasnt very much room to hide so team fights were the main focus.
I think alternative gamemodes are great, I wonder why not many people play them invation 2fort is a little more silly than 2fort and Mann power has the grappling hook they are great
The map is way too vertical tbh. And there's so many buildings and things that obstruct your view that it makes dealing with hale extremely difficult cause he just has unrestricted mobility on this map. On skirmish, nucleus, and tiny rock at least there's indoor areas to restrict his upward mobility so you can lure him in there, but on distillery theres so few indoor areas and saxton can use all the high ledges to his advantage to just drop down on you out of nowhere
When did saxton hale become evil and why does he jump so high, I love the idea but I think gamemodes like zombie escape have a higher chance of getting in. This is just my opinion.
