when there is no storage in your backpack and you get a backpack expander or you sell something right click on the available slot and press delete that should keep you from saving stuff

Nah you can't but if you waited those 4 years earlier before the tour of duty ticket was removed from stockings then you could play a free tour of 2 cities or any other that needs 3 tickets to play.
