CONGRATS 🎉 Rob on the 💯 K!!!
Thank you!
My brother and I have been using ebikes for the last couple of years. They are a great addition to this "hobby" Quiet, small footprint, and can help in a pinch in case of emergency. I recommend one with a good suspension.
Yeah I think it’ll be a fun addition to the equipment. It’ll be especially good for the expos.
You made the right choice not getting him the flashy helmet.
Yeah there was no way he was wearing that!
Nice addition to the gear. I love my e-bike, though with no rear suspension, I will be adding a shock seat post soon. But the first 3500 km has been awesome. 🤙
Dang you’ve put a lot of distance on yours!
THE BIKE TYSON
Bah just got mine 3 days ago. Beat me to it haha. Coming from a 55 mph Delfast it feels like a toy lol. But being able to fold it up and put it in my gladiator rocks.
Yeah it’s definitely a lot slower! Plenty for us though, and the folding feature is necessary!
@@RevereOverland we own the Ranger S as well. I love them for when we’re “roughing” it at a campground lol.
Thanks for the review! We have been thinking about adding e-bikes to our load out of camping gear. I appreciate the time and energy you put into your reviews (and thoroughly enjoy your exploration content as well).
Am I correct in understanding that if one opted for a Class 2 set up it would extend the battery distance accordingly?
Thanks again for your review. Safe travels.
I don’t think the max range would be affected, since that’s based on the lowest speed. The slower you go, the better your range will be.
@@RevereOverland Gotcha! That makes sense. Thank you for the reply.
E bikes, the new overlander must have. Just like drone shots and royalty free RUclips music before them.
haha...so right! but don't criticize of have an opinion about these channels. They might think you are a "hater" 🤡
Nigel, you are a hater.
@@RevereOverland hahaha.. no sir. ❤️ Merry Christmas to you and your family.
LMAO, Bike Tyson. 😂😂😂😂😂
Simply want to say I'm a new viewer. Retired with a 2021 Subaru Sport with x mode. I'm planning a trip this spring and summer to Travel the Country on backroads and am looking for info , groups, contacts which could be assets along the way. Love your kids. Tks
Awesome! There are tons of assets, mostly centered around Facebook groups. There are also a ton of great RUclipsrs like Outdoor Auto who focus more on the guides vs. entertainment.
This is the new "overlander' must have. It's so strange how these things work...strange and obvious. "overlanding" is not immune to trendy sh*t either I guess. Actually it's very susceptible and encouraged.
Overlanding is trendy sh*t
Meh I see more overlanders as being adventurous, outgoing, yet unfit. It wouldn’t hurt for them to have a regular old pedal bike not these lazy ebike contraptions.
Overlanding is like backpacking but for lazy people.
