Might be because it’s a tundra and not a Tacoma or a wrangler or a LR . I’m guessing the fanboys might be a reason , not sure . But the channel is very high quality . Maybe not as much humor, I think that’s what it’s missing.
I have family that still raise cattle at the Cant and Mascall ranches near Dayville. Stunning landscape and a historic treasure. Great job in showing these remote areas of Oregon.
As alwaya, your videos are incredible good. In NORWAY we also have nice natur, and before a bad neck injury I loved that life. Your videos make me feel I'm out there. Thanks so much..
I thought you were referring the the crickets being crushed! 🤣. They’re katydids but referred to as Mormon crickets locally. It very common this time of year to see millions of them on back roads. They’re cannibals and will clean the road up after you run them over.
Best overland channel there is! I appreciate the focus on the places and the journey over the meals personally :). I'm also a chef and seeing people half-hazardously hack away at vegetables like their amazon knives have built in saw-stops is very stressful sometimes 😬
My husband has been subscriber for a while and I always enjoying watching your videos. Just subscribed to help you reach your goal of 100k. Keep the great adventures coming!
It was nice meeting you at Overland Expo PNW. Appreciate you answering all of the questions we had on the tundra rear suspension and congrats on the baby!
My husband and I are longtime subscribers. We really enjoy your content but this is one of my favourite to date. Your photography is outstanding - appreciate your time and effort in showcasing these amazing places. Thank you. Stay safe. 🤗
Hey Pal, your cinematography and video quality has become top-tier (and beyond) for overlanding related content. When you first started, I was "I dunno," now - I'm a supporter.
I love your channel you are putting in hard work to give us great content and I appreciate it... I agree it's time for you to get a smart cap or something else that works... The problem with those tops are the cost. But I do recommend the soft top that might fit under your tent top.... ⛺️ I can't belive on your hole trip you didn't see anyone on the trail.. That's all for now keep going I truly believe your one of the best... The Banks Family 👪
love seeing you enjoy oregon man. the insects in the road are mormon crickets, they get pretty gnarly in the summer and the farmers hate them lol. cheers!
We took a LC 200, Rubicon and built-out Tacoma down that narrow trail into Three Forks Hot Spring and river crossing. Its super sketchy and wonderful ! Great video.
We tried to git to the top of Steens MT in mid June 2021... but got snow and had to keep moving before the snow cleared.. hoping to make it back and visit the top. Enjoyed the video and route you took.
So glad you enjoyed Eastern Oregon. We love it here, especially the drive up to Wallowa Lake from LA Grande. The mountain range is known in the area as the little Alps.
This channel is AMAZING! I only just now found it. You done did this Oregonian proud! Having been out that way a couple of times, you've given me even more excuse to go back!
1 thing I was told way back when as young man, by an older much wiser Great Uncle, "Boy, you can't appease everyone; so just be you & enjoy your life. The important ones will support you along the way & others will have their opinions. Just be happy."
Good day Revere(ROB) I recently subscribed to your channel. I absolutely love your work. As a chef I'm always busy and going 100MPH with work and everything else. Your channel relaxes me and I absolutely love calming down with the content you produce and family friendly at that. Keep it up you will do just amazing things.
A big part of over landing for our group is the camping and the cooking. We plan our routes and enjoy the views along the way but the magic happens at camp over food.
Thanks for the video. I started watching your channel when you were doing your overland videos in Colorado. I lived in Oregon for many years; but on the other side of the Cascades. I have toured many places in Oregon though. What a great video. Beautiful country.
@@RevereOverland Western Colorado is where I live now. The Grand Mesa, Colorado National Monument, the Uncompahgre Plateau, Escalante/Gateway Back Country, and the Marvine Wilderness areas are a great place to tour.
Absolutely love the quality of your videos; especially the awesome drone shots. Never knew eastern Oregon was that beautiful. Have to add it to my list of places to explore. Thanks and keep up the great work.
My husband and I go there, from Vancouver every other year! There are excellent trails to play on, in a Raptor, without having to keep heading farther south to Nevada, or California etc. Oregon surprised us! Kudos for not making half your video about cooking your meal lol. Most of us are here to see locations and 4x4s! Tbh lol. I like seeing what people cook up, BUT not for half or most of a video lol
Just watched a live video with you and Justin McBride. I just found your channel and I love it. Love the Blue Tundra and the places you take it. Well Done! I too would like to see your Tundra take on the off-road trails of the Outback AU.
Enjoying your videos. You get to do what I would like to do. It’s like I’m living through you lol. thanks for the videos they’re enjoyable. It’s like a poor man’s way to see the United States
What a great video of your trip. Quality is top notch. We followed your recommendations for San Rafel and will also try this trail this summer. Thx for the great content you provide each time.
Your videography skills are getting better with each video. The drone work is exceptional! Excellent production quality. You are becoming quite the cinematographer. Said it before, and I'll say it again, you could sell this footage to Toyota for a Tundra commercial.
I watched your video on the iceCo cooler, thank you for not being a profiteering opportunist liar. Very refreshing to see someone put their stellar principles before their profits. For once the principal is not greed! Thank you thank you thank you.
I believe the bugs were the Mormon Cricket. When I first moved to Idaho back in the early 80's, that year was an infestation of the giant grasshoppers that are like 3 inches long, have wings so they jump and fly short distance. Couldn't take a step without crunching one under foot. Awesome trip, I love Oregon's beauty and landscape diversity.
There were a bunch of grasshoppers close to Bend too! I talked to a guy and he said he pulls them from the front of his truck and uses them for fishing bait.
Amazing place to go!!! You always bring us news trails, my list is just getting bigger and bigger… thank you and hope you can achieve the subscriber number that you want
Another outstanding video, Rob. They just keep getting better! We're in Boise, Idaho and have done parts of that route on dualsport bikes but this was excellent and amazing videography and editing. Thanks.
Just started watching these videos a couple weeks ago to help me get started for my days and I already have plans to go to yellowstone and get a camping setup like you got for your car with the rooftop tent and mobile shower/stove, you have opened up a whole new frontier for me.. sooo excited to start seeing the world on my terms with all the comforts of home wherever you are
I love your videos. I watch every week. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into each and every video. The music is always very grandiose. Like the planet is about to be saved or I should be grabbing my musket and run through the woods like I’m one of the Last of the Mohicans. 😁 Anyway, nice work.
I hope you get to your goal soon of 100K, strange that so few subscribed watch, I get an indicator when content has been added. I kind of agree on cooking on both aspects, RUclips is a personal choice of content but so is viewing and as things get closer to "mainstream" I would imagine that ratings and viewings are more on the watcher than the author and I hope the author continues to what they want instead of altering content just for ratings. I dislike the cooking aspect; I dislike cooking so I don't have any interest to watch a person cook or eat but I can "fast forward" through those parts and still contribute to the community and support authors such as yourself (the bell pepper cutting was funny). Some great new artistic thought on you videography that was nice to watch. Enjoyed this episode greatly!
How you’re not well over 100k is beyond me, the cinematography alone is worth the price of admission
Might be because it’s a tundra and not a Tacoma or a wrangler or a LR . I’m guessing the fanboys might be a reason , not sure . But the channel is very high quality . Maybe not as much humor, I think that’s what it’s missing.
building a general audience takes a bit longer than being focused on a vehicle and all the gear-nuts.
I love my state. We’re camped in the bush right now actually. Love the Oregon outback!
I have family that still raise cattle at the Cant and Mascall ranches near Dayville. Stunning landscape and a historic treasure. Great job in showing these remote areas of Oregon.
Your videography quality has grown exponentially, keep up the great work and awesome content!
As alwaya, your videos are incredible good. In NORWAY we also have nice natur, and before a bad neck injury I loved that life. Your videos make me feel I'm out there. Thanks so much..
Ahh, the joys of Mormon Crickets. In northern Nevada, we see a heavy migration every 5-7 yrs. Love your drone work!
I found your crickets in Nevada in June....what a mess they make on the roads!
Crushing it! Drone is somehow getting better every time. Keep up the great work and enjoy time with baby and mother.
Thanks! Will do!
I thought you were referring the the crickets being crushed! 🤣. They’re katydids but referred to as Mormon crickets locally. It very common this time of year to see millions of them on back roads. They’re cannibals and will clean the road up after you run them over.

Thank you! It helps out!
Beauriful cinematography. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Yellowknife 🇨🇦
It was nice meeting you at Overland Expo PNW. Appreciate you answering all of the questions we had on the tundra rear suspension and congrats on the baby!
Thanks!
Wow! Impressive for a production team. But made by one guy…magnificent! Thank you for your videos.
thanks for the mini-vacation. highest quality. love east oregon desert country. don't stop just because you had a kid! enjoy the ride.
I really like the background music you put in your videos. Gives me out of the world vibes. Like I'm in a game.
Wow beautiful vast landscape… & for the people complaining about food, I say you do you and the heck with them
I agree! Everyone is free to skip ahead or go to the next video if they don't like it.
Your channel deserves to be bigger. I enjoy it as I can see places I will never get to see.
My husband and I are longtime subscribers. We really enjoy your content but this is one of my favourite to date. Your photography is outstanding - appreciate your time and effort in showcasing these amazing places. Thank you. Stay safe. 🤗
The drone footage through the playa with the dust devils all swirling around was spectacular. As was the sunset.
One of your best vids ever, more depth and contemplation are throughout. Parenthood will do that to you! Thanks for sharing.
The chair right smack in the river did it for me 🤣 btw, I'm a fan of the cooking in the scenes
It was so hot there!
Excellent use of drone footage to enhance your already good storytelling skill. Another well edited episode. Thank you for sharing.
Been subscribed for a long time. Good luck to 100,000!!!
Cinematic! Drone footage next level!
Hey Pal, your cinematography and video quality has become top-tier (and beyond) for overlanding related content. When you first started, I was "I dunno," now - I'm a supporter.
Nice video, w/ beautiful (aerial) shots! Thanks for sharing !
Beautiful! I appreciate the many uninterrupted recordings of amazing vistas!

Man, ... talk about wide open spaces, isolated and desolate... the camera /drone work is excellent , and music is a great touch,.... great work...
love seeing you enjoy oregon man. the insects in the road are mormon crickets, they get pretty gnarly in the summer and the farmers hate them lol. cheers!
Wonderful videography. Thanks for sharing your trips!
Subscribed! Amazing cinematography! Not sure how you do it all by yourself but I'm impressed! Nice work and what an amazing trip.
Love these overland videos. The music chosen for this is perfect.
We took a LC 200, Rubicon and built-out Tacoma down that narrow trail into
Three Forks Hot Spring and river crossing. Its super sketchy and wonderful ! Great video.
Ooh those intro shots Rob hell yeah
Visually and aesthetically breathtaking
Thank you!
Appreciate your efforts in documenting your adventures. It is work! Eastern Oregon is a treasure.
We tried to git to the top of Steens MT in mid June 2021... but got snow and had to keep moving before the snow cleared.. hoping to make it back and visit the top. Enjoyed the video and route you took.
Looks like I'm adding another place to my list!
Great video. And the videography? Wow! Good job.
Great video, love the drone footage you’ve got that dialed in tight!
So glad you enjoyed Eastern Oregon. We love it here, especially the drive up to Wallowa Lake from LA Grande. The mountain range is known in the area as the little Alps.
Those are some badass shots of driving through loose dirt/sand.
I could almost feel the dust coming off the computer screen. Nice video and thank you for showing me what I am missing out on.
Beautiful scenery - really liked the video and drone footage - thanks for creating this content- love the truck also
So glad to have found your channel! Videos are better than some discover channel shows! Thank you for showing us great places to go!
This channel is AMAZING! I only just now found it. You done did this Oregonian proud! Having been out that way a couple of times, you've given me even more excuse to go back!

You do such an awesome job. I hope all those watchers subscribe. You deserve way more than 100k subs. Thanks for all great videos!

Wow ! That tundra keeps on impressing me , what a machine !!!
Nice work bud 👍🏻👍🏻
A big part of over landing for our group is the camping and the cooking. We plan our routes and enjoy the views along the way but the magic happens at camp over food.
I know people who love it! Because they love it, they film it. I fully support it!
Thanks for the video. I started watching your channel when you were doing your overland videos in Colorado. I lived in Oregon for many years; but on the other side of the Cascades. I have toured many places in Oregon though. What a great video. Beautiful country.
You've been here a while! Sorry about those early videos 😂
It's a beautiful state - you're lucky to live there!

Definitely add it to the list!
This channel should have over a million subscribers. His videos are excellent.
Drone photography is on point!

Thanks for giving some clues as to where you traveled. I have an F150 so your channel is a better fit than many.
Incredible to watch the progression of filming and editing over the course of this channel. Well done.

Spectacular footage and awesome cinematography Rob!
What a great video of your trip. Quality is top notch. We followed your recommendations for San Rafel and will also try this trail this summer. Thx for the great content you provide each time.
Man, that drive on the flat plains looked so awesome
Probably some of the best, if not the best, footage of the Owyhee Canyonlands I've seen on YT. Super cool.
WOW! Thanks for unbelievable footage
Awesome drone videos, it’s a lot better flow and variety, you’ve gotten much better over the past few years, thx
Your videography skills are getting better with each video. The drone work is exceptional! Excellent production quality. You are becoming quite the cinematographer. Said it before, and I'll say it again, you could sell this footage to Toyota for a Tundra commercial.

Another outstanding video, Rob. They just keep getting better! We're in Boise, Idaho and have done parts of that route on dualsport bikes but this was excellent and amazing videography and editing. Thanks.
nice job with that technical section after the river crossing
Excellent video and narration. See you on the trails.

First one of your videos I’ve seen. Thank you. I look forward to to more!
I really do like your videos. One of the best ones out there and congratulations on the expensive addition that you got. 👍👍
Thank you! He's expensive, but I'm happy to have him
Awesome drone footage Rob!
Thank you!
just really one of your best. I so very much enjoyed this and truly appreciate your hard work to share it with us.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
The cinematography is amazing considering it's a one man show. Bravo my friend, bravo! Well don Rob.
I love your videos. I watch every week. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into each and every video. The music is always very grandiose. Lol! Thanks!
Amazing drone footage and video content
Killing it with the camera work Rob!!!! Best Overland page I watch......
This is great. Thanks for a tour of a part of the state I’ve been planning on getting to for quite some time!
Drone footage best invention for scouting and videos ever. Take time but sure worth it to me. Thanks
No one has shot Succor Creek like that. You've set a new bar Rob. So fun to watch!
Thanks for the recommendations!
Great overview and video. Really like the way you put everything together!
These are so well produced! Outstanding!

Enjoyed this episode greatly!
Thanks! I also skip the cooking, but I don't blame them for including it if that's what they enjoy doing and filming!
This has been one of the best overlanding videos I've seen!
So beautiful, I love it!! The part where your truck is driving through the dust is so cool!!!
Thanks!
Enjoy the mix of scenery and drone views.
