    Nice to see a piece of family, daughter and dog. What a hassle every time for that drive shaft. But on to the next episode.

      Thanks. I appreciate that. Working with family has its ups and downs. Usually the downs are edited out of the videos though. Lol. Thanks for watching.

      @@gregstowing9294 You're welcome. Had the newer GTO the 06. The 6.0L was pushing at the wheels about 612 hp and the torque was right around 589!! And that was WITHOUT turbo or supercharged!! Sold it the 2006 GTO to buy 67 GTO! It had Factory Rally gauges, had Factory AC [still had the tag on the A/C pump], and had Factory engine, including the intake carb, four-speed Muncie, it was beautiful and perfect 👌 (for me)!!👍
      Anyways, not to get you mad, depressed or upset or give you a bad day or make the day worse [for YOU], but I lost it in the 2008 [had to sell it],😭 pay off some bills and help out my parents (with their bills).

    One of the features of a Miller product I would enjoy is the ability to boom out and pick the nose of a tractor, and set it on the underreach. Nice, thorough hook up and prep for tow.

      Appreciate it. We don't have a rotator, but the company we use has 3 of the NRC's. They sure are workhorses. Thanks for watching, and your channel is definitely in my lineup too.

    very good video. the music was at the low / prrfect volume setting it did not drown you out while your talking. your very thorough. all in all very nice job interesting. i did not understand locking the steering wheel in forward position.

      If the truck was to drop from the raised position, the truck hopefully would not dart to the side but follow you. thanks for watching.

    Is that a certain kind of strap your using to tie down the axle?

    • @gregembrey2947
      @gregembrey2947 Год назад +2

      self retracting very handy, we get them at Rural King Farm Store, or Wal-Mart. thanks for watching.

    • @gregstowing9294
      @gregstowing9294  Год назад +2

      The axle Tiedown straps come from Zip’s AW Direct. I like using them over the chains normally, because they never get bound up like the chains do on occasion. Then the retractable straps for the driveshaft come from Rural King. They are really handy for a lot of things

    Where do you source those ratchets with the short straps connected that you use on the under reach? I looked on Zips and I couldn’t find them.

    • @gregstowing9294
      @gregstowing9294  Год назад

      Hey, thanks for watching. Here’s a couple links to them. I don’t remember if mine are 3” or 4”, and I don’t see the 3” on zips. They may have them though. Keep in mind there are cheaper versions out there. Usually thinner webbing. Smaller ratchets. We do also have the 2” version that we use on some trucks. You’ll find them by searching underlift ratchet strap.
