Here is my last minute entry for the Slash Anastasia Cover Contest for Guitar World. I thought it would be cool to do a cover with full band worldwide collaboration with musicians across the world and what an opportunity for fans!
Slash is the reason I play guitar and a massive influence on me now as much as he was when I was younger so it would be an honour even getting into the top five of this contest and having Slash view one of my videos. One day would also love to meet him - saw him live at Download festival last year and he was incredible.
MASSIVE thanks to Lion from France and Llambo from Uruguay who recorded and filmed their parts last minute over the last 2 days which is mad. Llambo was literally up all night last night filming, editing and recording his parts and only just went to bed god bless him!! I love these guys man! So much dedication - I have no idea why they are not famous! Wish we lived closer to gig and share a few beers.
