Respect to Red Bull for making peoples dream come true 💯
cheers ❤️
@@RedBullBikeWho cares. I'm American. No skateparks for most poor towns in America.
This Nigerian skatepark will be burnt down and sold for scrap but hey nice fake positivity messages are all the rage.
@@RedBullBike Fr thank you for doing this for them!
Loving the fids errm vids yeah fids 😅@@RedBullBike
The most important part of this video is that you got the kids to help do the work and labor. They earned that park. Therefore, they will protect and keep the park running. It has value bc of their hard work. It wasn't just handed to them.
That's the best way to make them want to build other projects tthemselves in the future with the skills
Thank you Papa Fids! A true BMX Legend! 🫡🫡
In a country where it feels like only bad things keep happening, this is quite awesome. Ese Redbull. Ese Courage. Ese Ryan.
Thank you BMX, you made the dreams of thousands come to pass.
I am proud to be a Nigerian.
We the BMX rider’s are grateful 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🇳🇬
You guys in Nigeria are absolutely amazing riders. I can't wait to see what you all achieve . You have some serious talent over there, dude🤘👍🤟❤.
That's what's up
What a great story, you should do more of this Redbull
on it! ✍️
@@RedBullBikecertainly fave some guys wings 😂 truely ine of the most inspireing storys ive seen in a long while
@@Basement_CNCur easily taken in arnt you kid........
Where's these companies been for past few decades?
Why now ?
......
Use Ur damn brain kid
This has to be one of the best bmx story videos I have ever seen. What you guys did for the young people of Nigeria is nothing short of amazing. The energy of those young riders is astonishing, and I, for one, can not wait to see what they achieve . Just Brilliant 👏
Amazing. I'll never take my local park for granted ever again.
I wanted to cry when i saw this. God bless you courage.
Don’t forget a big shout to Ryan Corrigan for building the park to facilitate those dreams. God Bless
Hats off to Courage, the whole crew, Nigerian BMX, and of course Red Bull... Respect
Got really emotional watching humanity in one of it's purest forms ....😢
Since the Government has nothing to offer us, I'm always gonna come back when I get big to at least set up a theater for art, so help me God❤
Amen !!!!! Me too
Can you stfu? All you do is rant on social media when it's time to protest against them all you do is sit at home
You don thief my vision walahi😂🤝🏾🔥
This is probably one of the most heart touching films about BMX I have ever seen
I don’t even ride BMX I ride Flatland scooter but this video hits pretty close to home because I as a Nigerian-American, It feels good to see other Black people putting themselves out there in a predominantly white sport. Especially in a area like Nigeria where BMX and action sports might be looked down upon because it is so different. A skatepark will really change the way people there look at action sports as a whole. To Courage, Red Bull, and Lagos Crew, keep doing what you do, don’t let anyone put you down for it. Much love from the U.S.❤
ikr
I'd come back ages from now smiling for being part of the bmx first generation in nigeria 🇳🇬.... THANKS TO RED BULL
Thanks a lot. We Nigerian worldwide appreciate this ❤❤❤
This is beautiful, inspirational and commendable. A flower blooms in a land where nothing grows.
Big ups to Nigeria you can see in the smiles that they will cherish and love this park for generations to come. Red Bull and all sponsors and courage you guys outdid your selfs blessings to all.
From Australia, well done Mr. Adams. Not just talented, there's no higher praise from this part of the world....Good Man.
Oh I didn't expect to shed tears watching this Chad's story touched me. Thank you Red Bull, Courage, Fid and the others for coming together to build the skatepark for them. People think they are just nuisance, but imagine them talking about participating in building this park so that the next generation won't have to go through the same struggle they went through. Wow, that really touched me even our leaders don't have that mindset. I wish all there dreams would come true 🙏🏿
It would be nice if a tournament can be organised as well especially with Red Bull backing
100% agree
The storytelling, cinematography, the characters we meet. Fortified Courage Adams as my favorite rider. Thank you to the people who made this happen. Love from brooklyn
I'm a big fan for people who find to do something with what they got they 100% deserve the skate park no matter what anyone says, matter fact every country/city should have a skatepark because it can give kids & adults something to do instead of other bad stuff for example, the community is so good i recently just bought a BMX and I'm excited to see my progression in the coming years
I really cried watching this video. as a young kid that grew up in Lagos and disturbed my hood with my bike, I can relate to how hard it was to have little or no opportunity to experience your passion … Seeing this happen eventually now over a decade later, filled me with so much emotion and joy. God bless you guys. I will be visiting the parks when I’m back home for sure.
"BMX is going to be at the Olympics" It was my dream when I was riding throughout high school to see that happen and now it has and its people like these guys that made that a reality, they bring BMXing to another level, they show it to more people, they entertain for others, not just themselves, they enjoy every moment, even the big crashes, which are difficult enough to come back from without worrying about others, so I thank you, all of you, Redbull, the Nigerian riders who helped make this happen and the community behind them, riders around the world who are still riding and the brands who see the potential in places and people that the rest of the world ignores, THANK YOU!!
I spent my 30's riding Rye Airfield 3x a week. Best time of my life. Stoked for these dudes.
WOW! This is probably the nicest thing such a big company like red bull has ever done! I had a smile on my face the whole time seeing how happy the locals were to become theyr dream a reallity! Huge props to paul for giving chad his bike and giving him the oportunity to come back to the scene! Almost made me cry to see the reaction of chad!! Awesome work everyone! (Redbull/locals/building team)
Don't forget to buy your diabetic drink.
no entendi nada de lo que decian, pero, entendi lo que sentian... y me vi el video completo.... FELICIDADES!!!!!!!

this is the type of content that makes RUclips special! these types of stories being told in a full production/presentation as it’s meant!! ESPN quality!! with the emotion and realness of the a ViceLand piece! truly inspirational!!! i pray all those guys are still riding to their happiness!!
I’ve been here quite some few times as a Skater and this video made me realize the whole story behind it. Cheers to ya’ll for making a dream come true.
Thank you, Red Bull for giving Nigerian BMX riders the head-up opportunity! The weather is terribly hot and the humidity shows well in the workers' face. This is a very welcome development in Lagos.
I was happy watching this,Nigerians we are full of talents
This is so beautiful, and I am proud of my brothers in Nigeria 🇳🇬. Honestly, I can't wait for something big like this for Ghana🇬🇭. I wish these guys all the best, and I hope they make it to the Olympics. The world needs lots of relentless individuals like these.❤❤
Papa Fids doing a naked nothing at sunset had me creased up 😂 Great work all round
Well spotted 😂
What an amazing and inspiring film, brought a tear to my eye! 🙌These kids will go places with the sport they love, they're all so talented! It also brings me back to when my first local skatepark was built, the excitement of seeing it come together and the feeling of rolling it for the first time! 👏
Ain't they just amazing riders, absolutely brilliant . The dedication is so inspiring.
Seeing these guys so happy I can only be happy for them. Emotional. This is what sport is about. To bring each other together, share, learn, build. Can RedBull start a charity orso to help future riders....also help Chad with a new home, phone and bike.
The next Danny MacAskill could come from Nigeria, these guys have so much potential! Much Love!!!
Such a great story! COURAGE IS THE GOAT!
Absolutely! He is amazing. This is so motivational, inspiring and touching at the same time. I remember watching and downloading the video of his first visit to Nigeria to my PC, and I use that to keep myself going. Courage Adams is just an inspiration
I felt like I should have had to pay to watch this. Awesome story great characters. went in a little too much on the back stories. It almost felt like they were dragging the reveal for the skate park. but other than that great short film. 7.9/10 stars.
I love love love this. The storytelling, cinematography, and even the people involved. Every one of them deserved this in a country where it seems like all hope is lost for some. You made dreams and miracles come through.❤🎉
Yes yes YEAH !!!
Can't wait to see Nigeria be the best BMX place in the world !!
Wow been watching you tube for years but I must say this is one of the best documentaries I’ve ever watched and would like to thank everyone that participated in this well deserved project for the bmx riders especially courage Adam’s and papa as he was called hopefully they do you guys proud someday by representing Nigeria in the Olympics.
I really love seeing the work ethic and community these guys are making out of basically friendships and hard living conditions. Really makes you think about whats good in this world. Hope everyone enjoys that skatepark and the new generations to come are going to be insane!!!
Red Bull makes one of the best documentary films 👏🏽
I am proud of you, an excellent athlete who does not forget where you come from. It is great to open doors for those who come after you. 👏👏👏👏👏
Dreams come true! Happy for all Nigerian riders and the future riders! With love from Kazan city Russia! Whait to see next BMX pro riders from Nigeria 🌎💛
Olympics! better get ready for these talents😮💨
This should have a lot more views
Thank you, guys. Especially coming from different parts of the world to do this. I grew up riding BMX in that neighbourhood of Lagos Island in the 80s. You just built what I always dreamt about when I was that age.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I cried watching this.
Y'all just ignited some people dream back❤
No,I wasn't cutting onions for some parts of this documentary. Good on you Red Bull, good on you.
So sick, big shout out to all the people on the build 👌🏼👊🏼👍🏼
The naija spirit always succeeds against all odds, thanks to everyone who made their dreams come true
Make one in the phillipines 🙏🏻 my people need that too
Totally didn't get choked up at multiple points of video..
This is so rad. Someone needs to build these kids some dirt jumps too…
Also how can I donate my bike??? It’s probably ten years old now, but it’s a complete United that I got shortly before quitting after my bike got stolen.
They can't build their own dirt, they are too busy doing a bunch of nothing mixed with crime all day.
@@DaveWasThereMan BMX is not a cime
@@DaveWasThereMan man this was racist
@@DaveWasThereMan lol some of these guys feature in popular music videos of Big Nigerian international superstars and are probably doing well than most youths in your family lol 😂 now they are even getting their own international recognition, how many youths in your family has that 😂😂?
Wow. Homie getting the bike at the end. That’s true love right there❤❤
It's people like you that will make nigeria a better place for the youths . I have more faith 🙏 in you than the corrupt leaders we have
what a good video, bmx is not just a sport, it is the people, the young people, the children, even adults that make that sport so special, the simple act of getting up and thinking about going riding, to forget about the problems you have , to feel relieved to be happy, thank you to everyone who made this dream possible, thank you Courage, thank you dad, thank you to all the people who were involved, to all the people who did not worry about getting their hands dirty to make this dream come true, These guys have a great future in BMX, a very big one, rest assured that they will reach the Olympics, I believe in that 100 percent, and of course, thank you Red Bull for giving us wings to dream high, very high, and thank you for turning those dreams reality.🚲💯💯💯
This is actually amazing. I love it
Just raw passion. I love it. Thank you, Red Bull!
I am so obsessed with frames that are put on two wheels and driven with incredible style and skill in just a few months or even weeks, I really admire that association.👇
The second i heard Chad sold his bike, I hoped someone was going to give him a fresh one. W
From the bottom of my heart. F you Fids! You guys are all gonna be blessed in the afterlife.
I get so emotional easily,m still crying watching this video,d pain of not being a part of this n the joy of this happening in my country,God bless every hands on deck,God bless the white men,God bless my brothers, pls I want every social media handle of every body on this video, please

Ich liebe die Art und Weise in der ihr Leuten helft zum Champion zu werden
I PRAY ONE DAY I'D TAKE OVER FROM U GUYS TO MAKE IT CONCRETE AND EVERY NAME ON HERE WOULD BE INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT. A CONCERNED NIGERIAN YOUTH.
Great Work to all the Redbull team and courage for making this happen!!! Hope I'll have the chance to be sponsored one day and make big things like this! RESPECT TO RB
I can't even find the words to describe how this makes me feel😢. Thanks Redbull and BMX.
Common Red Bull, let's take this nationwide and make stupid money out of this. This is the next thing after football in Nigeria.
This is the progression and motivation that whoever is into the bmx sport and having the friends around you loving the joy of riding bmx to know its there escape to get away and enjoy what they build to have fun and hopefully the skatepark gets add ons. Keep the progression going 🤙
Cried watching this
Big up to the current generation of BMX guys in Nigeria. And Respect to those who came before them. These are not the first generation of BMX riders in Nigeria. There were some sets of riders some 10 - 15 years ago when we were growing up. It's a joyous thing BMX Nigeria is getting international recognitions and flowers it deserve. Peace.
such an inspiring story of getting things done, and cheerful, selfless giving from Fids and team!. Bravo!
The love for riding is universal! I BMX in my youth and now MTB as an elder
