I'm 41 so just sending you some sage advice to start body retinol to keep your skin looking young! Naturium, Versed, Goldbond and Necessaire have some great options.
Also some other great alternatives for your lightening pigment are Naturium Tranexamic or Azelaic Acid or you could try a prescription Hydroquinone. Hope that helps ❤️

Awesome shower and night and day routine! I always wash my hair with two shampoos and conditioner and then wash my body last cause I don’t like the conditioner residue feeling. ❤

Girl, your shower routine is an entire full body workout on its own 😀 Do you do this every night? Even the scrub? I love the scrub gloves I use them to. But just ones a week if that... I used to be just like this. Not petting my skin but really really scrubbing and rubbing like a mad woman 🤣 Now that I am turning older I am way more gentle with my hair and body. Omg girl dont razor over your spot! It could lead to infection and make it worse trust me! Just avoid it. And yes no makeup after shaving is good! People like allana on here shaves then immediately puts makeup on which is soooo bad omg
