They tased him for absolutely no reason at all. He backed up inside the doorway of the apartment, stood still, and put his hands up. The lady was a bit crazy, but this was handled extremely poorly by the cops too.
You have to think about the context of the situation too. The cops have no idea what’s going on, they got a domestic violence phone call from a woman saying her man was dangerous, then the woman is panicking and pacing around. Then he comes flying out of the room ready to fight them. They told him a few times to get on the ground and he didn’t. In this situation they were justified in tasing him. They were good people to calm him down and release him after diffusing the situation instead of escalating it further.

They tased him for absolutely no reason at all. He backed up inside the doorway of the apartment, stood still, and put his hands up. The lady was a bit crazy, but this was handled extremely poorly by the cops too.

You have to think about the context of the situation too. The cops have no idea what’s going on, they got a domestic violence phone call from a woman saying her man was dangerous, then the woman is panicking and pacing around. Then he comes flying out of the room ready to fight them. They told him a few times to get on the ground and he didn’t. In this situation they were justified in tasing him. They were good people to calm him down and release him after diffusing the situation instead of escalating it further.
