The beach access to bars and restaurants is the jewel of this location but I’d rather be at 20k or less for rent. Great job you two 👍

I did laugh to myself during the 2 bedroom condo tour that the bathroom plugs were to be taken up with Darlen's hair dryer and hair straighteners ... woe betide any man that has an electric shaver that he wanted to plug into the bathroom! 😁

Awesome place but I don’t like that basically run like a hotel with strangers coming and going all the time. I like buildings that rent Monthly minimum or strictly long term would even be better.

IMHO every condo should have a king-size bed.
Noone inside the big pool at 1st condo.. probably not much rented out.
The daily prices for that 2 bedroom are ridiculous high (7k fir 1 night).. u can get a 5 star hotel room for that money and even save 2000 baht per day.

I like the . building and all the pools. Condos itself are a little small, but how far are you to the beach ⛱️. And you didn't say if it is in Jomtien or Pattaya. Also is the Ocean safe to swim in Pattaya

These were truly special - I loved every offering - they just got better and better. One small question - when you say you can get a bit more off by paying cash for a year in advance, how much roughly is that - another 10%, another ฿1000?
Depends on owner. In our experience foreign owners give bigger discounts. We got our condo where we live from 15k a month to 10k a month by paying a year in advance 👍❤️👍
