I'm not 100% sure but you are able to float lamps.

They are from the bellflower set.
So that tree in the library is up off the ground at least a table height. How do you do that?
I think you can do it with the red presents from Christmas.
I Wonder how they managed to glitch the bellflower fountain into the tables and ive been trying to replicate this for hours now with no success haha
