For dragons there's the Patricia C Wrede Enchanted Forest Chronicles (all of the books have the word dragon in the title). They're about a princess that doesn't want to be a traditional princess and get married off so she becomes a dragon's princess which leads to her becoming the King of the Dragons Chief Cook and Librarian. She rescues a prince, defeats some wizards, befriends a witch, and has adventures in the enchanted forest. They were one of my first exposure to fantasy books featuring an active female protagonist. There's also the Wild Magic series by Tamora Pierce (another active heroine fantasy) where the peasant girl ends up working at the palace stables, befriending nobles, learning that she can speak to and shift into animals, and she ends up raising a baby dragon. In the final book she ends up visiting the dragon lands.
Wings of Fire (middle grade series there's also graphic novel versions too) Eragon (another middle grade/ya series) Temeraire series by Naomi Novik (adult) How to train your Dragon (middle grade series)

They are the best! I have another one coming soon! Haha
Just received my first order from book outlet and I can confirm that the boxes look trashed 🤣
