out of about 20 tries I got this to go into usb mode ONCE. and since Im doing fixpacks I need to do this twice more. trying to hold 2 buttons in the mid click setting is a royal PITA and Ive made d@mn sure Im one click in but the radio just turns on normally. this really needs to be activated by a full press, not balance two switches, hold a third, pray, repeat until it finally works. Only issue I have with this radio. Looks like Im just going to wait until I go out to buy a micro sd card reader and do it that way
Hallo Walter, wieder sehr schön erklärt, vor allem die verschieden Update-Möglichkeiten. Jetzt noch eine etwas eventuell dumme Frage: Kann man die RC8X auch an die FMS-Modelle binden oder ist die Modulation hier anders? Gruß Stefan
Danke. Nein, das geht nicht, mit keiner Fernsteuerung (mal abgesehen davon, dass FMS Modelle mit 5 oder 6 verschiedenen Fernsteuerungen kommen, die untereinander großteils schon nicht kompatibel sind).

$400 cdn....ouch! 😁 Do you feel comfortable with your security software, down loading firmware like that?
