When you did the first impression of Gucci guilty elixir, I went out and bought it and it’s my favorite. I have to buy another bottle but I definitely need to check out some more stuff from this list
I just Got Victory Elixir within the last couple of weeks & Wow!! It smells ok off a strip for me & just pops off skin for me. So glad I gave an Invictus scent a chance. & btw MYSLF is sooo basic it just works haha! I get constantly asked what it is or told how amazing it smells. Incredibly simple yet awesome!! 😎

Absolutely in love With Myself By YSL. I've only just started exploring different scents and this one for me was the first immediate bottle purchase after trying it.
Phantom by Paco Rabanne has been a great fall/winter scent also.

I picked up Ralph’s Club Elixir for $98 from a Macys one day sale! It’s my current signature scent! 2 sprays lasts all work day! Manly, woody and highly complimented! YSL Myself for a strong 2nd place! You’re correct! Woman love the stuff!

HNY. My favorite 2023 release was TF Noir Extreme Parfum. My favorite purchase was Encens Suave.
I'd put Jubilation 40 on this list along with Guerlain's: Tobacco Honey, Platine Prive, and Habit Rouge Rouge Prive.
Currently i have le male elixir, victory elixir & PDM Althair. Great winter fragrances, le male elixir is impossible to find in europe!

Myslf and Platinum Explorer are a 10/10 for me
Happy new Year! Having tried almost all the new designer releases i would like to share my thoughts: Le male elixir smells very close to first batch of ultramale. Gucci guilty elixir smells on the opening similar to Amouage Reflection man but the drydown of Gucci smells way too cheap and for 160 Euros /60 ml i would pick Reflection Man each and every day, I very much liked the new Aventus but its longevity holds me back to invest 320 Euros for somthing that lasts 3-4 hours max
See, this is a perfect example of how fragrances work differently for people. I can't, in any way, see a similarity between Gucci Guilt Elixir and Reflection Man. They only share like two notes, but smell completely different to me. Having said that, I would also pick Reflection Man.

Someone (*hint hint) should make a video highlighting some of the best masculine fresh/versatile fragrances WITHOUT ambroxan. This would be immensely useful for someone like me who is extremely sensitive to ambroxan and find too often that fragrances will include it without listing it in the ingredients/notes. This screechy and abrasive note completely ruins a fragrance for me and I know there are others out there in the same boat :)
Is that the order of your favorite? Because you do not talk very highly of Le Male Elixer, but talk highly of Tumi 19 Degree but up Le Male in front of Tumi. What is your top out of all of them?

@@rd5469 I finally broke down and tried Guilty Elixir at Dillard's. It was pleasant enough but wouldn't have added anything new to what I already had. It wasn't memorable to me and my wife was like, it's ok, but nothing special.

Pasha De Cartier Noir Absolu smells nice, but has performance that’s even worse than D&G the one. Last 2 hours if you’re lucky. Althair is a big hit for me. On rotation with Gris Charnel Extrait, Ambre Tabac and Naxos.

Not sure I would admit to wearing a fragrance called feces of Frances. Who names these things?
It’s funny you don’t like explorer because i think it’s the best one out of all the clones and actually it’s not a clone which I’m happy it’s not. It goes its own way. I’ve had all the clones from CDNIM to Afnan and so on. Everytime im out at a bar or restaurant I have had women compliment me on explorer. All the other fragrances, not a single compliment.
