  • Welcome back! Join us as we take a wee road trip along the Fife coast for a day of exploring Anstruther and St Andrews. It was a great day out and the first one we've had in such a long as we've been at home caring for our cat Willow who has been recovering from three major surgeries. We were in need of a mental health boost so took ourselves off for a day of visiting museums, a nice lunch in a cafe and generally enjoying the beautiful Scottish scenery in the sunshine. Hope you enjoy!

Isn't it amazing how greatly they've managed to build / convert those museums to be almost completely wheelchair accessible.
I bet the original builders didn't even know what accessible means 😉The same applies, of course, to all other "new" museums as well.

I completely agree with you. It's great to see how accessible they've made this old building. From first glimpse, you'd expect this museum not to be very accessible. Looks can definitely be deceiving 😉 Do you have a favourite museum?

@@SimplyEmma Yes, thankfully accessibility has become kinda huge thing and slowly but surely most of the places should be accessible to all people 😀
I have visited so many different kinda museums in my life, but i like mechanical and electrical things so i'd say those are my favorite kinda museums to visit 👍
