Imagine if this was vegeta of all people, his own family was killed (granted, they actually did get smoked) but it was VEGETA who was betrayed, got fucked over by everyone, his race, his own people, his DAD who didn't love him at all.
Exactly he is the most realistic character.
I hear what you're saying, but here's why I don't necessarily agree.
Naruto isn't real, it's an anime. What I mean is, I have to accept the world it presents to me. A world where 12 year olds are ninjas that have magical powers basically and are running around murdering people, where people die every day and psychopaths turn it around because they make a new friend that inspires them in the power of friendship. Sure we can talk about whether Sasukes reaction would be understandable in the real world this isnt our world. When we compare how Sasuke handles his trauma compared to other people in the series he comes up pretty short.
Second. Sure, we can say Sasuke has been through a lot and who he is is understandable under the circumstances. But who he is is still pretty bad. Hes willing to kill a lot of people based on his own ambitions and need for revenge, and he's completely merciless and cold to everyone around him. Understandable? Maybe, but thats still who he is and it still sucks even if he has his reasons.
Thirdly, you can hate a character even if he isn't a bad person. Sometimes a character is just annoying and they take away from your enjoyment of a show even if they aren't evil and are completely realistic.
An example is one piece bro. I hate that they binh in these goofy ah characters when they trying to make the scene suspenseful
Try reading some history i think you will find similar or even crazier persons than sasuke....vengeful heart can't be soften that easily.....exactly why sasuke is like that ...and it's all supernatural...everybody knows the uchiha gor their ambitions for their bondage among they are too emotional
@@DIRTY0 Ok maybe I rambled on too long. My point is it doesn't matter whether the portrayal of the character of a magical ninja is "realistic" or not. If you don't like them, or they lead to you not liking the show, or they don't really fit into the show those are totally valid reasons to think the character sucks.
From to the start of shippuden, with sasuke making sure he and the members of hebi don’t kill anyone, only striving to get revenge on whom he sees as the villain, to after his fight with itachi viewing the world as his enemy and killing anyone who gets in his way, even those in taka, I think Sasuke has the best, or at least my favorite silent character development in Naruto, and most anime as a whole

Sasuke good. Itachi, Obito, Maďara are meh to bad characters. Orochimaru was wasted potential or good as he kinda achieved his goal. Kaguya utter trash introduction. Uchiha massacre and Naruto discrimination are dumb and utter trash
Hashirama thing was retconned anyway.
Rewatching Naruto gave me the yuck almost everytime they talk. They could say the most diabolocal speech after hitting a rock in the foot. But this is a kid movie, Its very good for kids.
