Finally catching up on these. Good job Karam! I enjoyed watching you struggle and then let go of the need to be productive, it is a hard thing indeed aha
That productivity urge is so real! I once went to Maui and was just pushing myself to do everything there in 6 short days I was there. It was such a weird state of taking the time from work only to shove myself into another type of productivity cuz beach day is lame I thought. On day 3 I had the similar realization: it’s vacation - it’s okay to do nothing.
We done a 7 days gut cleanse fast. One of those intense ones where you go to a natural doctor and do the colon cleanse too. Day 3 was the worst for us as well then by day 4 we weren’t hungry anymore. It was so hard eating again as wasn’t hungry properly for days. We done it to kill all the parasites in our body, after seeing everything we had collected from our life we decided to cut out pork. We have done 2 of these cleanses but don’t think I’ll do it again. Unless I really have to for health reasons. I normally fast every morning ❤ great video as always ❤️
Another great video Karam!!! I remember talking to you live when you were doing this!! And I have never related to anything less than the sentence "I love the way my body operates on an empty stomach". 12/10 recommendation from Santo
haha! I would be curious to see how long you'd last with the whole no food thing. Maybe that will be our next adventure. just book a cabin somewhere in the woods for 5 days and not eat anything!
I love your video's!! I think you have a unique angle on things through your shots which really attracts me. This in combination with microadventure and reinventing yourself bit by bit is a fantastic cocktail 🍸 Good stuff man, inspiring me a lot!
Heya :) thank you so much! This is definitely the space for you then, I’m going to really try and tell stories that encourage me and push me to evolve and get a better understanding of the world around me and myself. Thanks for the beautiful comment 💛
Until Karam is not so popular(he is getting there) and there is a possibility to get a reply from him for a comment, I will use this opportunity:) Lovely job! That is always interesting to see these unusual body experiments. Would be lovely to hear again after some time the complex result of this experiment, how did it effect the mind, body, health and so on. Thanks!
haha love the intro to this comment! I'm here ;) Yeah I wanted to concentrate on just sharing my experience and how I felt while focusing on discomfort! I just thought that all that health stuff is covered by other creators :)
congratulations Karam! i’m really happy to hear you say you’re proud of yourself in a context that has nothing to do with productivity.
cute!!! Thank you for saying you're proud haha This was a milestone for sure :)

Of course you know this haha. It's so good though once we let go hey?

After that the real rest began 😊 great video
yeah funny how doing nothing has become such a taboo in our society. It actually becomes enjoyable once we accept it and immerse ourselves in it

I hope one day I do have this much control over myself :)
You do! It's all just a mental thing. Every one does, just don't doubt it :)
Have always been curious what a fast that long would feel like. I'm curious, did you weigh yourself before/after?
I actually did not haha, it was not the reason why I did the fast. But anyways, highly recommend you do it!
