been there done that. I had a cracked SH valve on the discharge side so even cutting it off didnt help. finally noticed a small leak, replaced the valve and fixed it. thanks for the info
Great information. Very useful as there have been a few times where I discovered air leaks at the hose barb connections. I have trouble with priming the pump sometimes too. Wondering if you can do a video on how you wire your 12V pump to the battery?
We appreciate your videos and look forward to the next one.
Thanks!
Mike in PA
Man I love this channel. So much quality given in all these videos. Definitely going to buy from southeast soft wash.
Make sure you have filters on your lines lmao and you don’t get trash in the one way check valves like I did. Thank you for calming me down.
Just built my system and was having the issue where it wouldn’t prime. I bypassed my manifold and dropped the hose into a bucket of water like you mentioned and still had the issue. So I bought a new pump, and I’m still having the same issue. Getting good voltage and everything. I have no clue what the issue is and I’m dead in the water.
I'd love some info on how you mix your Surfactant in the surfactant tank. As far as water to Surfactant. I'll be order some from you in the next week. Thanks
Just had that problem..traced it back to a crack in my suction line in my tank...
Another awesome video. Question. I’m trying to build a soft wash system without a pressure washer. Which spray hose do I need? 1/2” ? How many feet? Where to purchase?
Which hose reel can I get away with? Where to purchase
I want to use 5/8” flexzilla for water supply. 150’ ok?
Keith H kuritec 1/2” 200’ several good vendors.
We only use titan reels. Durability is much better.
Flexzilla is fine.
Good Video
This should save you many phone calls
Great info! Process of elimination!
Awesome video. Thanks for making it

This video is very helpful!
Wondering where you get the end sprayer tip ?
Cyr Parlapiano Walmart or homedepot
Thank you!
I’m only person doing pressure washer. what soft wash system do you recommended for one person for starters of roof cleaning
How much is it for that skid that your demonstrating
What are the dementions on it as well i want to see if it will fit in the back of my pick up if not so i can get a flatbet
Great advice 👍
Do you have to have all the lines hooked to bulk heads
Is it possible to have a soft wash system plus a 8 gpm pressure washer?
I have 5/8 hose for shooting I get probably 30ft but more water volume than 1/2 hose right. Is 1/2 hose good for a 7gpm 12v pump? I would think that 5/8 hose would get more water volume.
5/8 is better for 7gpm
What size are the barb fittings that go into the pump?
1/2”
Man I have a 7GPM pump and I’m getting 25 feet and I did the bucket test 3.5 GPM
No air like at all everything it’s 1/2 house supply hose and application hose
Need your help
The are 7gpm rated for transfer not spraying because of friction and voltage
I hate stupid air leaks
