How did it go? I can’t believe I did it and ran the whole way (except the obstacles)
Saw you both on sat and we’re in the video as you did a pull over on the wooden beams!! Great effort both! Making it look easy
I actually showed Becky, the OCR elite that technique and she used it for the race on Sunday. Glad you found the video 👌
Loving the shoutout for calling you out on muddy mile. As always good to see you on the course smashing it and you had to save the energy for Spartan on Sunday.

Took the grassy side on 'kiss of mud' as there was a massive queue !😂
