4:28 Cloud's pupils dilate upon seeing Aerith in the red dress This also happens at the temple of the ancients when Cloud has flashback of meeting Aerith in Sector 1 which frees him of Sephiroth's control
Huh? That's not how it works hahaha. In order to prove your point of attraction they have to dilate to become bigger. Not smaller. Having said that I've actually checked out other scenes if the devs did this because they are so detail obsessed with the body language etc. And I couldn't find clear proof that they deliberately dilated any persons pupils to signal something like this. So it's not true here but then again its not true anywhere else.
@@youngclueless7364 I mean barely? I would say thats more how they have the eyes animation programmed. It's to subtle and random to be deliberate. I've tried the same as you with other scenes where he should have them dilated or Aerith/Tifa and it's really random. And it also happens with non-romantic characters. So I just concluded they didn't actually add this detail. It would be to much work to be consistent. Rather they probably have the eyes programmed to react a bit to light and shit. I'm not a game dev though.
I want to see an alternative story where Aerith bluntly says she likes Cloud and doesn't die.... And his further reaction. So that they could have more time together
My girl Tifa deserved a better kiss. Yes, their lips touched, but they were sitting miles apart, he had his hand on her shoulder, no words exchanged and afterwards they acted like it never happened. Tifa deserved way better.
That's what's very interesting to me. Cloud is always very nervous about anything even close to that. Yet he confidently did it with no nerves. And he only did it after that sus conversation. It was very... unlike Cloud.. 🤔 I wonder if the devs are ever gonna explain more about it in detail.
@@priscilabee583 You know why though right? Saw the Gongaga scene? Know what happens in Part 3 in the Lifestream scene? I'd betcha you get all of that in the next game and more.
I played the OG back in 1997, and I actually didn’t like it. All the characters were kind of unlikeable except for Aerith and she died. After that I lost the motivation to play the game, so I had my sister finish it. FF9 was my favorite for years until playing Crisis Core. FF7 Remake came out and fleshed all of the characters out. I’m a bit conflicted about them bringing Zack back, but I love Cloud and Zack so much I’m willing to let it go. FF7 Remake and Rebirth are different, but it is better in so many ways. And some of the stuff from OG doesn’t translate well like Hojo trying to breed Aerith with Red 13th 😮
@@jessicapittman8598 But that’s the point; the original game is better because it was so different. Now it’s bland and has to explain itself ten different ways just to make ONE point. This is not Final Fantasy VII. #NotMyFF7

@@mikev8746 they do dilate to become bigger tho 🤨. Go rewatch the scenes again and you'll see that in both instances his pupils increase in size

Oooof that seat tap signal from Aerith really messes with my head ❤

Cloud always gets flustered by Aerith.
She’s such a tease
@@dj_nahjiIt’s like she understands how to make Cloud smile altogether.😢

If only Jessie was still around...there's gonna be competition on who can fluster Cloud the most.

It's all over once the PC mods get ahold of rebirth
We got a master chief mod to replace Barret for remake
Wonder if we can follow that up with an Arbiter mod for Dyne in rebirth.
I loved this video so much~~~ 🥰🫶🏻💖
lol Cloud and flirty women (except yuffie and tifa in this clip)
Cloud’s tried to kill both Tifa and Aerith and they’re still all over him.. 😂
Girls like them bad boys...lol.
Tifa is the only unflirty chick here yet the only one got an actual kiss initiated by Cloud😂
