    Ingredients :
    Raw tomatoes 3-4
    Green chilli 4-5
    Garlic cloves 5 to 6
    Peanuts 2 tbsp
    Cumin 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric, salt, jaggery a small piece
    Coriander a small bunch
    Method:
    Wash and cut raw tomatos into thin slices place a Kadai on stove add some oil once heated add in chopped raw tomatoes saute for a minute,now add green chilli, garlic peanuts, cumin seed and fry again for a minute. Now add jaggery salt and turmeric. Cook until tomato turn soft. Switch off and let it cool down.Transfer this to a stone grinder if you are having it at home( you can grind it in regular mixi too) add some fresh coriander. Grind it to a coarse paste by adding a little water. Now Tangy and spicy raw tomato chutney is ready. This goes very well with Roti,chapati and rice too.
