I ordered my copy straight off Severin just before the recall and they told me I'm definitely receiving the corrected 4K (UHD) disc. They will be sending them out sometime next Month. Love this Argento film and am happy enough, mistakes happen.
i pre-ordered this film during there last big sell spent a lot that week (Still haven’t received the package which is strange maybe it’s due to the disc being messed up) I guess fans that only bought the film itself were sent it out faster then others that had bigger orders (As a Argento film it’s actually outstanding if my memory is correct there was a huge production issues with Opera when AnchorBay disturbed the dvd (With a 2nd DVD release) AnchorBay gets this strange respect looking back they were a pretty lousy distributor (I had a good 6-8 dvd’s replaced due to poor quality control…. i’m sure the problematic disc will be fixed asap (All mom & pop film distributors are very good at fixing coding errors, etc. )
