As a huge fan of the 2003 TMNT series i find it to be a real shame that the quality of the set we got after 20 years of waiting for a complete set is actually pretty bad granted it's not 100% awful but it's not good either and definitely not worthy the title of "ultimate", because the 2003 series which i consider to be the best out of all of the Ninja turtle shows deserves a lot better then the half-assed crud Paramount gave us. 😔 I mean how messed up is it that the Bootleg Blu-ray set of the same show that i got off of eBay back in 2018 for $87.00 has way better video quality then the official set pushed out by Paramount, I'll tell you it's downright pathetic. 😂

Question, does the set come with the unicorn movie as well?

This 4k has a very interesting design. It makes me nostalgic for the days when you bought a physical disc (CD/DVD) and could look at the extras in the booklet.

The set, from a quality standpoint looks utilitarian at best; no episode list/booklet and the discs are packed one on top of the other. A separate case for each season/series would have been a nice touch with episodes listed on the paper sheet. Curating would help; see Gilligan's Island, I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners Lost Episodes box sets; beautiful. This probably falls in to the "OMG, I remember loving this so much. Must buy it....." gets home, watches it and says "I can't believe i loved this." Even the writers, on the initial dfd release said how corny it was and how, for the earlier seasons,the dialogue was interchangeable; any character could say a line. I won't shell out money for this but may get a compilation dvd for a quick sentimental fix of nostalgia. ❤

I will Most likely get this series but have mixed feeling loved the DC heroes but Loathed the wonder Twins and other Hanna-Barbera characters they introduced. Very Cheesy but fun.
