Towards the end of their conversation, you can hear that the patient's voice and demeanor change completely, clearly suggesting dissociative identity disorder. People with DID can experience "lost time," i.e. when their other personality takes over. It's possible that the footage was being recorded by the very same patient in the interview, and that the abandoned hospital WAS her hq. I'm not sure you saw it with your camera, but there's a big fire at the end of the game. There was a lot of gasoline at the hospital, so the girl may have had big plans for it after all... As for her victims, my guess is the doctor in the interview tape. There was definitely tension there. And doctors can make a lot of money, which would explain the expensive house. There is a lot we don't know even from that theory, like why the patient walked with a limp (which is why you were so slow), why the camera kept distorting sound, where the music was coming from, why the person was interested in the occult, and why they wanted to record it in the first place. We can chalk it up to evil and insanity, I guess! Maybe demons were giving her instructions, etc. essentially preying on her mental illness and using it to their advantage. The very end of the game she's heard saying things about a "sacrifice," so murdering whoever she murdered definitely fulfilled some kind of purpose for her... Definitely one of Puppet Combo's creepiest, most unsettling games. I was on the edge of my seat holding my breath the entire time. i agree. but torwards the end after the murder and scream we hear a man whispering but i wanted to change the theory up just a little bit but i guess that the house at the end was camera person's house and there was an intruder waiting for her happening to be the doctor. the doctor killed her and thats why the camera is on the floor with blood in front. the doctor took the camera so they wouldnt find the footage but they did anyway. at the start the girl was given the "adress" so he can lure her somewhere and kill her, he failed so he tried hiding in her house at the top so she goes up there to sleep but gets murdered instead.
