I don't know why some people have problems with boundaries! im on a small 5 acres and constantly have people drive onto my property. the few I've asked why they are on my property have given lame answers, A. I was looking for my dog. my response is my land is flat and if your dog was on my property which is surrounded by 4 roads, you'd be able to see it from the road so don't come on my property again. B. I thought your driveway was a road since all roads of the main street are dirt. My answer, was your GPS not working cuz the one on my phone clearly shows this as a driveway, don't come on my property again. C. I'm doing surveying work. My answer was ok so why are you on my property behind my house? you don't need to survey my property as its an established property that I pay property taxes on so that answer has no bearing! leave my property.....And to everyone who comes on my property I say this... I have photos of you, your vehicle and your license plate. I will call the sheriff if you show up here again for any reason, in fact I'll be sumiting a trespassing report and giving your details to the sheriff, you've been warned and if you show up again you will be arrested for trespassing since you've already been warned. I hate doing it but they throw trash out their windows, cigarette butts and i even caught one guy who climbed over my fence into my backyard got my shovel and was trying to dig his car out from the soft sand he got stuck in! got it all on tape. his small car was on the road behind my house, clearly a 4 wheel drive road, but he trespassed into my backyard to try and free his car. he ended up calling a tow truck who had to drive thru my property to drag the car on to my hard packed sand and both drove back thru my property to the main street!! if I could afford to fence and gate my property I would!
@@annamarkham-roberts4304 I wish I could afford to put up gates and fencing but I'm on a tiny SS check and that's not a possibility to hire someone to do that. We learned never to approach without a visable fire arm. This was before cameras or phones were everywhere. The problem needs to be delt with the first time.
We tried for 10 yrs plus to put an end to a neighbor coming on our property. Deputies called over a dozen times and they told the neighbors NO TRESPASSING, they still did. They almost killed my ponies, cut fence line, dumped yard clippings in one pasture, took down a flag pole, an old, but very useable 4”x6’ tall steel T post clothes line post, (leaving us with one), assaulted my husband when he putting up a 3’ tall picket fence area 30’x30’, for a dog yard, (we adopted 2 senior small dogs & had a disabled black lab (which we believed they poisoned - killing her), we had previously adopted, already had a toy fox terrier)which they couldn’t see from their property (without a permit they had installed a 6’ privacy fence between our properties - town was not happy), mowed down all of my irises and daffodils. There’s more but you get the idea. This all was happening while I was going through multiple surgeries & hospitalizations & made life even more stressful than it already was. If it weren’t for having a relationship with God & having a very supportive husband, it would have put me over the edge. So I pray you get this issue nipped in the bud, I also pray that God puts a barrier of protection around your property and all that live there - family and animal’s alike!God bless all of you, and look forward to seeing the farm grow!

There's a farm nearby that raise these cattle. The paddock is right along the county road. I love their faces! There are so many different cattle breeds out there, it's interesting to see them and how they cross breed them. We used to go to the Wisconsin State Fair and that was our favorite part of the fair, was looking at all the animals. One of my favorites are the Black Angus, I remember about 40+ years ago, a farm down the road from my house had a field by the road full of a herd of mama black angus' and they all had babies. They were way in back, and when they saw us coming, they all ran up to the front showing us thier sweet little babies! I'll never forget that!

Hi guys So good to see youre going to be getting more animals on the farm.I think you have an animal whisperer on this farm and that's good because Grandpa Adler can't be on this farm alot. It looks like Rae is really enjoying getting or trying to get close to them I love that. These animals you are getting are so very lucky you chose them to be there yours and Raes love for them shows through. Chad, I took a few seconds to see if Oklahoma honors the purple paint to denote "No Trespassing", and found that it does. While there are specifications for it, as of 2006, signs are no longer required to accompany the paint, although I do think it's prudent to use both. At my old home of 5 acres, I put a corral gate across my driveway, and painted it purple to denote No Trespassing, and also attached a sign to it. but we had trouble with several older kids trespassing, and also with a neighbor's 5 rottweilers that attacked my dogs and killed all five of my goats. I know unexpected things can happen whether you're there at the farm or not, and I do hope that nothing bothers your animals. Even with temporary fencing, I think fencing around the building where there's shelter from storms, and shade from the scorching summer sun, is a great place to start. Perhaps your local volunteer firemen would come over for a bit while you burn a brush pile, so when the alpaca comes, it doesn't get caught in it and briars. I saw that those briars wouldn't burn before, but if they're cut and piled on trees and limbs, they might be in the flames long enough to burn up. I know that the farm will always be a work in progress, and I hope for the best for y'all.
I think the small bird on your pond was a Grebe. 🦆I sure hope those neighbors move. It can be bad to have neighbors that don't respect other people's property.

The dad's are very protective of their babies too. They are at the zoo here in Norfolk and the dad's lead the family and will hiss and chase or honk at you. They take good care of their babies.
I've had Hereford and Black Angus and Hereford are way more friendly. Maybe just curious, but at that size we could hand feed them. It just takes patience. If you get that alpaca out there you could get a little jealousy that will make them less skittish.
In the for what it's worth category. Your "baby goose" is not a baby goose. It's an adult grebe. Far too early for baby Canadian geese.

Hey guys 👋I enjoy watching your video have a great day. ✌
Rae should have taken her glasses off, I think. They are mirrored, so they could see themselves every time they got close. Just a suggestion, Guys!
Rea, I always have been able to get anomals to come to me. My Grandparents always said the animals came to me because I was Angel Special 😇 💗 😜🥰
😂😂😂 you two are awesome!
Hi Chad & Rae the small bird on the pond looked like a loon. I Enjoy your videos
I thought the same thing!
It may take a few days, just be consistent and patient. You did well considering how close they actually got

They usually come back home and have their chicks.❤️🇨🇦
You should show them the video and tell them to read the signs. Next time will be Trespassing and litigations attached. I would anyway.

Great to see you guys have a great week. Chris from England.
Can the Alpaca go in with the steers until the pen is built? Just curious.
I’m waiting for you to say HipHip😂
The dad's are very protective of their babies too. They are at the zoo here in Norfolk and the dad's lead the family and will hiss and chase or honk at you. They take good care of their babies.
I've had Hereford and Black Angus and Hereford are way more friendly. Maybe just curious, but at that size we could hand feed them. It just takes patience. If you get that alpaca out there you could get a little jealousy that will make them less skittish.
Good evening from wild n windy freezing cold Scotland 👍
Gotta save them all
