Thank you for this. As you say, all the basics, but really helpful. One that you obviously know but didn't mention was 'spacing'. I found that even with 'stay on page' the text inside boxes was moving or even disappearing if another line or shape got too close. The only way I could resolve this was to reduce their spacing to zero.
