To this movie's credit, there are some moments in this movie where the CGI on Hulk is actually really good and holds up today. So, the best way to describe the effects in this movie is they're inconsistent.

@TheEvermouse when he looks into the camera looks fantastic, poors on his skin, wrinkles around his eyes etc.
For 2003 this cgi was God tier still better then most nowadays cgi

To be honest it's 2020. and the technical works they put on this film, was amazing and the final product it looks pretty solid.
