I really like how you hid the apartment life doors with the little foyers with those pretty Asian doors. The units look nice and cozy.
I mostly like to have an open common yard with stuff all the tenants can use and socialize with each other on apartment lots.

@estreetangel that is the exact same trick I use for the New York Brownstone apartments! Just because I wanted the grand double doors lol.
I was thinking to do the Zen garden as a centrepiece and have the units surrounding it. But I went for a slightly street look.
