Makin' Magic was so much fun, even more if you had Vacation and could add in some of the carnival games from that (I felt like they fit with the carnival and circus areas), I was pretty disappointed with the Sims 4's Realm of Magic in comparison, but ah well.

It's very good. It's a shame that the Sims 2 has very few resources. There are few objects and you end up having to make do with it.

I always have university students live here 😅 the staircase down to nowhere is so weird, I always wondered what that was for. It makes much more sense filled in as a deck the way you did it.

Pretty good. This is style is amazing and combines with the NY neighbourhood deco that you can download on Mod The Sims.
