No no, the second one is called Ṭe, with a dot under the T. Completely different! :-) Seriously though, the second T is apparently retroflex. Sometimes this stroke seems to be called "Re".

Great, one is called Te and the other is called Te. Makes it very easy to differentiate between the two.
