    鸡仔饼是傻大姐好喜欢吃的一种饼干,不管薄的还是厚的,都那么爱!纤薄酥脆的鸡仔饼,是潮流与传统的结合作品。鸡仔饼独有的香味,吃后唇齿留香,让喜爱它的人停不了口,就连小孩儿们都吃得津津有味!
    薄脆鸡仔饼做法其实一点也不难,是需要点耐心,比较长的时间烘烤,但是那么好吃的鸡仔饼,肯定让你值得一试 !
    薄脆鸡仔饼(Crispy Chicken Biscuits)
    分量: 65-68片 (10克的鸡仔饼)
    材料:
    A)
    100克 冬瓜糖 (剪碎)
    40克 蒜米(切片)
    B)
    南乳 2大块 +2汤匙南乳汁 (压烂)
    100克 食油
    1粒 蛋
    1汤匙 麦芽糖
    90克 细砂糖
    1/2 茶匙 盐
    1/2 茶匙 五香粉
    1/2 茶匙 白胡椒粉
    C)
    310克 面粉 ( 过筛)
    1茶匙 发粉 ( 过筛)
    30克 白芝麻
    30克 黑芝麻
    做法:
    1)把材料(A)一起捣烂,备用
    2)材料(B)和打烂的 (A)混合均匀,再加入(C),揉成均匀的面团
    3)让面团休息1/2小时,然后取出小团,搓圆 (每粒10克),放在铺了烤纸的烤盘上,然后放在塑料纸中间,用盖子压成薄片
    4)烤箱预热后150度,以150度烘烤18-20分钟左右或金黄色即可

    Crispy Chicken Biscuits
    Serving Size: 65-68 slices chicken biscuits (10g each)
    Ingredients:
    A)
    100g winter melon sugar (cut into pieces)
    40g garlic cloves (sliced)
    B)
    2 large pieces Chinese red bean curd + 2 tablespoons Chinese red bean curd juice
    100g cooking oil
    1 egg
    1 tbsp maltose
    90g caster sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    C)
    310g flour (sifted)
    1 teaspoon baking powder (sifted)
    30g white sesame seeds
    30g black sesame seeds
    Practice:
    1) Mash the materials (A) together and set aside
    2) Mix the ingredients (B) and the beaten (A) evenly, then add (C) to knead into a uniform dough
    3) Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour, then take out the small balls, round them (10g each), place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then place them in the middle of the plastic paper, and press them into thin slices with a lid
    4) After the oven is preheated to 150 degrees, bake at 150 degrees for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
