In Memoriam:
As neonatologists, we often bear witness to passings that occur far too soon. For Dr. Ira Adams-Chapman, this sadly is also too true. Her tremendous intellect, care, and grace will be missed by so many who had the privilege to meet her and call her their friend, mentor, colleague, collaborator, and doctor.
Dr. Ira Adams- Chapman was a master neonatologist and a developmental neuroscientist who dedicated her life to more positive outcomes for premature babies. She worked hard to bring sunlight into the future lives of her babies and their families.
