My beloved mum and dad went to Fatima in 1990. She had just been diagnosed with terminal liver cancer. There was no mistake, she had every graphic symptom. On her return the cancer had gone. She is still alive. She is now 89! My Dad became a Catholic following her healing. They are both still strong practising Catholics. My Dad, will be 92 next week, still drives them to Mass! Thanks for posting this. I remember first hearing about this when I was 7 years old (45 years ago). It has stuck with me ever since.
I'm not a believer but I'm Portuguese and I was at the "Santuário de Fátima" on the centenary of May 13, 1917( in 2017) and I can tell you that it was one of the most remarkable experiences of my life. I was agnostic now I don't even know what to believe but I know that I felt something there that transcended me and made me feel something so strong and powerful that I started to cry.
@@Joaocruz30 Thanks for sharing. To each is own, and I don’t judge anyone for their beliefs. I will tell you this. For a time in my life, I “believed” that God was real. Then something that happened that showed me he IS real, so now I know it (specifically in the concept of a soul and afterlife). Besides if you think about it, there is much more proof that God does exist vs not exist. How close to the truth it is…that’s unknown. My only suggestion is to just not close the door on anything. Keep your mind open and I’m sure you will eventually figure it out.

The Pope and the world must take the message of Our Lady very seriously and immediately act upon it before it’s too late. It appears that our present Pope is lukewarm and doesn’t have the courage or zeal to take such action, so all of us have to pray that The Holy Spirit would set the Pope’s heart ablaze with the fire of a Shepherd who truly cares for his flock and the whole world for that matter,Amen.

I was brought up a Catholic though these days I have wider spiritual beliefs. But I will say that Our Lady of Fatima, Lucia, Fransesco and Jacinta are very special to me (given I was named after her). I must say they have NEVER failed to answer my prayers. Which to this day amazes me. They will do the same for you too - just ask them them.

Today is May 12. I happened to find this latest video on Fatima at the right time. I can prepare for the 100 anniversary that will be tomorrow, on Mothers's Day in the USA. What a beautiful remembrance for Mother's Day since I will be alone. My kids will be busy with their own families. But I find my comfort in my friends from heaven. This is all I need.

On Dec 21 a few years ago I began a 360 day prayer ritual to Mary by singing the rosary, after hiking up a hill behind my home to a view point of the Columbia R. I named the view point "Rosary Hill". I sang to the birds in the winter months and they sang back to me. On the 360th day I decided to extend the rosary to Dec 25 to honor Jesus. It was the day of a freezing blizzard wind. As I arrived at the top of the hill I saw a pink cloud hovering over my home down below and wondered why the wind was not moving the pink cloud. I rationalized the pink cloud by deciding it was not able able to move through the protection of my cedar trees which surrounded my home. Once finished singing the rosary, I clapped with my hands together as I sent my years prayers to the Blessed Mother. Just then the pink cloud began to move in the 50 mile an hour wind down the Columbia R. and divided itself to spell out the answer to my question in pink cloud letters legible and perfectly spaced. I can't tell you my question or the Mother's answer to me. This is not the only miracle the Mother has shown me. She has saved my life many times on hwy's as it is I always sing the rosary when I drive to bless the road of negative thoughts.
