Anterior pituitary! The way I remember this is simply remembering the mnemonic TP FLAG. T - TSH, P - Prolactin, F - FSH, L - LH, A - ACTH, G - GH. Then I just remember that the posterior portion secretes oxytocin and ADH (vasopressin).
Studying for NCLEX and this video was very helpful. Thank you ! Your explanations of why & how each system is affected by cortisol really helped string everything together for me. Makes it easier to remember.
This is an excellent review. Just graduated from my school LPN to RN Advanced placement program you make the Endocrine system likable and easy to understand. Thank you. ❤😊
Thank you guys so much for watching! Please leave us a like if you enjoyed the video. We truly do appreciate it! Also we love hearing your comments so feel free to tell us what you think of the video. We hope that after this lesson, you will have a good understanding of the differences between Addison's disease and Cushing's syndrome. These are two disease processes from a dysfunction within the same endocrine system pathway, but they are quite different from one another based on the type of dysfunction that they represent. This is awesome inaturopath. Thank you! I'm pretty sure my niece has close to addisons but it's hard to find a medical professional that will check for adrenal issues unless you are already at the extreme of Cushing or addisons. Naturopaths seems to be the only ones where we live that will test for adrenal issues but unfortunately most insurance won't cover naturopaths.
I understand everything here better than my lecturer right now. Am currently on this topic and I already made good points unlike my professor. Thank you

To simply remember the posterior I remember
After(post) you to pee(adh) you're happy(oxytocin)
Then remember everything else is anterior
