When flow direction has finished i do not have the 1,2,4...128 values that you do; instead I am generating groups between 0-5, 5-10 etc. Does this matter?

change the symbolization of the raster from categorized to unique value, and check if the values are similar to my result (1,2,4....128), if it is similar, then it is fine and continue with the next steps

+maximusfuscus it was just an example, you can set pour points as much as you want

GEO 2004 - Thank you for the quick reply but I don’t understand their purpose, what do they do? I am a beginner.

+maximusfuscus pour points has a function to be outlet of the watershed, a point of where water from entire watershed would flow to it.

GEO 2004 - Kind of like a zone of interest? What happens if you don’t use them at all?

+maximusfuscus yes it is can be treated like point of interest, if you are not using it, and you still want to make watershed, you should use basin tool instead of watershed tool. Both of them available on spatial analyst hydrology toolbox
