just a heads up apparently this company steam the meat not simply cook it ..i am sure that has some bearing on the quality of it.

Hii thank you! Would you do Years? I need to know if it's a good option for someone with little freezer space
I have asked for a Years review a couple of times. I feed my dog Years, but I also share with him cooked meat (I just cook his part with no spices), I make bites of fried liver for him (then freeze it in small portions), and I buy commercial but minimally processed treats like Thrive dried meat bites. I also give him Yak milk chews and roast beef bones from pets at home (the ones that have a bit of meat on them, not the filled ones).
My problem with Cam is that he's incredibly critical of anything that isn't the exact application of what he understands as the ideal. He once said that the All About Dog Food website knows NOTHING about dog nutrition. That website has been created by a dog nutritionist. And yes, because they use an algorithm, you can't just blindly follow the score and take nothing else into consideration. But it is an incredibly helpful tool.
Yes, in an ideal world we should all cook for our dogs and for ourselves. But our world isn't ideal. Many people have full time jobs that can't be done from home, many have families to look after, some people suffer from health problems. There are many reasons why a significant group of dog owners might not be able to adhere to Cam's ideal.
I kind of stopped being interested in what Cam thinks about Years. Years have helped my dog with digestive issues, the food looks and smells great, they have a very high score in terms of quality, and the brand has fantastic ethos - I've seen their responses to the very few critical reviews I've come across, and they seem eager to hear, investigate and use the feedback to improve (even further, because they're already doing a great job).
This is a sales video. Millie's Wolfheart use a production technique that he doesn't acknowledge and probably doesn't understand.

It depends on which mix you buy and how big the bag is. A 5kg bag of Hunter Mix costs more per kg than a 12kg bag of Duck & Veg.
