One important correction to the Break Effect definition (thank you Shonkale8541 for pointing this out!): 1. I can't believe I missed this in editing, but I mixed up Break Effect and Break Efficiency, and I wanted to clear that up here! Break Efficiency is what I described in the video, and it affects how much of a toughness bar is depleted! However, Break Effect will determine how long an enemy's turn is delayed after they are broken, but it is still used by Ruan Mei and Xueyi for their skill scaling. My apologies for that mixup, I hope this helps to clear that up!
Really nice guide for new players. Many guide makers often underestimate, how people might not even know most of the terms they use on a regular basis. Or how many might be completely new to video games and dont know stuff that is fundamental for someone, that played for years. ^^

Gonna throw in an additional note in regards to Techniques! While we can essentially stack buffs with techniques, please take note that you CANNOT have more than 1 Impair debuff that are ON-FIELD. If you try to activate two different on-field Impair techniques, the newly activated will effectively dispel the old one. For example, if I use Dr. Ratio's Technique to drive away enemies away then I use Welt's Technique to inflict Slow on them, Dr. Ratio's Technique will disappear from the field and will be replaced by Welt's Black Hole field. There IS an exception where if you use the techniques then start the battle fast enough, you will have the benefits of BOTH Impair Techniques, but the timeframe to do it is VERY short, so for safety, just use the one you prefer and initiate!
That is an excellent clarification!! I appreciate that hugely, since Welt and Dr. Ratio will often be on the same team together, and trying to stack those effects won't always work as intended!!
53:30 on the topic of speed, beginners should save all the speed sub stat relics they have regardless of the set. In this game having good sub stats is way better than forcing a set on characters, especially for support characters. Since relic set barely matter for supports, most of them only want speed, defense, and HP. Crafting relics without self modeling resin is pain, but head and arm pieces only have 1 main stats, imo crafting only those 2 is one of the easier way to get good relics early game.

One of the major examples are Silverwolf's best in slot F2P lightcone. Tutorial is no longer available for players to collect, and is to this day, still one of the best nihility lightcones around. Another thing to note that while HSR is great at giving pulls and you can save up enough as an f2p to guarantee a character after 3 months(ish), they are releasing characters at a really fast rate and are really good at making you want both the character AND the lightcone. Which is a stark difference from genshin. So every stellar jade counts 😂
These are extremely good shout-outs! If you do have the ability to run events while they're live, you'll get even more rewards from it, so it's always a good idea to do so; that being said, I'm so grateful they have the events archived if people miss them the first time around, it's just such a nice QOL feature! And yes this game definitely does make you want the lightcones, although I wanted to include that section just to make sure people didn't feel obligated to make those pulls if they want to save up for more characters! The lightcones definitely are nice, I've never snagged one off a limited banner, but they give such fun abilities!
Like with your Blue Archive guide, this is so well put together. One minor thjng I've noticed while watching the first part of the video: The overcapped TB power that is stored regens at 1/3 the time of regular TN power (you get 80 in 24 hrs, vs the 240 in 24 hrs like you mentioned for normal stam) So to reach that 2400 cap, you'd have to not play for 30 entire days
Btw, just a heads up for DOT users. DOT CANNOT Crit. So you mostly use the Attack and Effect Hit Rate Stats to improve your DOT characters. They often circumvent their Weakness of not being able to Crit, with having additional abilities and effects, that either improve their DOT damage or ignoring the enemy defensive stats.

Fun video ! As a day 1 player it was nice to see the basics all over again, and to see how long I improved in the long run.
