I’ve been thinking about grinding the British air tech tree for the mosquito, is it any good?

No. It's a fighter bomber variant so not particularly agile. Good guns though.

Should you grind britain ( i am german main ) and is this plane premium?

The British tree is quite big, but most planes have a great turn time so it can be quite easy/fun to win dogfights
