I like this version of Magnum much better than old grouchy Tom Selleck!!! He always acted like he knew that he was handsome. Jay Hernandez seems to get that a vet that survives battle lives with that burden for the rest of his life. I know from experience. My Dad was a wounded WW2 survivor . He was the only one from his group to return home. He was in a Vetsran's hospital until he married my Mom. Then the goverment reduced his benefits to 10% when he was at 100%. Growing up I learned to read his mental status. He would go into fits of anger at anything. He would destroy whole rooms because he be angry about little things. Like me & my brothers & sister playing out side & making too much noise running. We weren't yelling. but play hide & seek in the woods almost a .5 mile away from the house. None of us were yelling, but he said be could hear us running in the house. He would criticize Mom for everything us 4 kids did. When I made the Honor Roll he'd complain if it wasn't the A Honor roll. My Uncles would talk about what a "sweet kid" he was before he was drafted. I wish I knew that guy!!
Great journey. I can really feel the love💘 the new version of this show needed these two. Im watching last season when Higgins leaves. Getting tears again. She is the best, jolly good! Can't wait till she comes back next season.love that show and all of them.

I believe they will have a romance between seasons 5 and 6, because aby (Magnum's ex girlfriend) said the perfect woman would be Higgins, of course in other words, we already know they're great at, besides having a very strong friendship, They always help each other out, so, you know, after Higgins comes back from Africa, something might happen, like a way for them to split up, a fight, discussion, maybe they don't fit together, They realize that this trip was to see that they're not for each other, maybe she'll come back, and as a breakup takes time to forget, I imagine it's in the last episode of season 4 or even in season 5 Season, maybe there's a mood between the 2, I imagine it takes a while for them to stay, I say that because how would aby say that to the magnum, apart from the looks they exchange, cute moments, that's It's just a hunch, not that it happens, but it's something that makes sense and it's what the public wants to see, even if it's last season
I wish this all episodes of this series was on free to air channels such as 7plus. Have watched series one and two but need to see the rest. Fingers crossed. Awesome script and casting.😊😊

i disagree.😳There is so much going on with Magnum and Higgins this season. i've watched enough shows to know what the writers plan is for the main couple. this season is all about Higgins discovering her feelings. Magnum is trying so hard to make a move but Higgins keeps pulling away. As for Lia and Higgins, the writers are just doing this as an excuse for Magnum and Higgins to not get together yet. as long as Lia is there in the back round, theres always a reason for them to wait. that friendship came out of nowhere. They hardly bonded, and then all of a sudden she's getting a drink with Lia just as Magnum wants to be alone with her. i have a feelings Magnum and Higgins are gonna kiss this season. they're both single, Magnum is desperately trying to make a move and Higgins cant avoid being alone with him forever. 😁
