I do not Own the Rights to this Music, I am Simply Reacting to this video
that records from 1986. no samples, drum machine or computers. pure, raw talent
When they found there sound!!praise Rick for that!!
Their best album.
@@chasesrc Dave Lombardo on drums is beast
I never understood reaction videos until I watched yours. Makes me feel like I'm 12 years old again, hearing Slayer for the first time myself.
That's exactly the point. Especially when they realize "They're actually saying something with meaning."
Yep, exactly why I watch them. New music is so generic, and so accessible now, that the joy of hearing something original for the first time is lost.
Watching these folks, and especially people coming from a background of not really listening to this type of music before, brings back that feeling of hearing it again for the first time. I don't know how it works, but it just does
Jeff was an incredible songwriter
This song ia about Josef Mengele, the nazi doctor that made horrific experiments.
I dont think he know what this song is about !
Most brutal moshpits in the 80s SLAYER!!!!!!!
I got a huge scar on my back from a show w/Overkill!
SUPER GLUE works. 😂
I was in 7th grade.🤟
The real Moshpits! Not like this weird karate bull ish wtf
@@louiejames626haaaa hahahaha. I know what your talking about.
I've lost teeth got a broken nose and fractured fingers as well as many cut around the head to slayer mosh pits. Still worth ever moment.
I've been a Slayer fan since I was 15 (now 45) Watching people hear them for the first time is fucking hilarious
Wait til he reads the lyrics bahahaha. FUCKIN SLAYER
@markosborne2586 it's actually a painfully relevant song about shitbag Nazis.
Same here, 45, been a fan since I was 12.
Welcome to our world, dude 🤘
Metal is a life style. 41 years nothing but metal.
From Puerto Rico with ❤
Oh hes one of us
Brother with a do rag head banging to SLAYER !!! Dign it, keep on rockin
😂
This band has been the apex of metal music for 40 years. From LA.
I've been listening to Slayer for over 40 years, welcome to the tribe brother. 👊 🤘
Always will be a Metal classic
And the first metal band to be signed by Def Jam records in the 80’s, which included the great Public Enemy, Run -D.M.C and Beastie boys 🤘
Your love for music shines through, keep doing it bro!🤘
from the start you knew your body had to move...it took about 1:39 for it to literally get to your head -- a headbanger was born right before our eyes !
Public Enemy sampled Slayer’s “Angel of Death” in their track “She Watch Channel Zero?!” from their second album, It Takes A Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back. The song was produced in part by Rick Rubin, who signed Public Enemy to his label Def Jam.
Classic reaction!
Guess we all looked simular when first heard that Thrash-Mother-of-
all-Bombs...!
That swing, despite all that speed is, of course, generated by the Master:
Dave Lombardo!
Fucking SLAYER ❤❤❤❤❤❤
🤘
I really appreciate that you're not giving a shit about the lyrics but are legit enjoying the music! Cool reaction my friend!🤘
Ruthies Inn, Berkeley, Ca 1984. I was there RIP Jeff
It's a happy song.
🤣😂💀
“I feel like running right now” lmfaooooo
The record label refused to release this album specifically because of this song.
But they released it. Which means, they didn't refuse.
hmmm...and yet I bought it on vinyl the day it was released, on October 7th, 1986, I was 15 years old. And yes, I still have it, and it has this song on it.
One of the best rap samples ever. @1:50
I'm 58 years old and I still rocking my puertoricans ass with this!!!🤘😝🤘
The lead singer Tom Araya is from Chile.
I bought the album when it first came out. I had to get the US import because it took them a while to get a UK distributor just because of this song.
SLAAAAAAAAAAAYER!
I have been waiting for this🔥🔥 slayer is amazing and angle of death is one of the best
90 degrees is the angle of death. 😅
Check out the song "She Watch Channel Zero" by Public Enemy.
the solo at 3:45 still makes me j**z in my pants sometimes, even I've listened to this for 15 years, and I enjoy far harsher genre now. This is why Angel of Death is called classic.
Not many people know but that breakdown he is grooving out to is actually the entire backing track in Public Enemy's She watches Channel Zero
I remember getting this album early on tape. Turning up the volume up. Putting the tape in and hitting play. It took about 8 seconds until those first bars hit....
Blew my 14 year old mind.
They play this song on almost all their lives.
Cool reaction!!!
Completely amazing and awesome, I want my next street fight to be while this song is blaring close by.

I was at this show slayer and a band named dark angle and history was made forever starting the onslaught of death metal forever
Body Count made a Cover of this. 😃
Damn. That was sick with it.
SLAAAAAAAYYYYYEEEEEERRRRRR!!!
This song was written about Josef Mengele. The sadistic Nazi doctor who performed unthinkable medical experiments on prisoners.
Slayer has never shied away from the "unspeakable" and often wrote songs based on real events.
Their song "Dead Skin mask" was about Ed Gein, and their song "213" was about Jeffry Dahmer. Both sadistic serial killers. The lyrics included true facts about their cases.
Great reaction. New Sub
Love to see your reaction to Deicide "Sacrificial Suicide"
If you think that drumming was intense, check out Suffocation or Morbid Angel.
This one song alone, is the cause of more blown speakers in my vehicles over the last 30 years….. I should sue! Hahaha!!!😂
Dude my bro was a DJ back in the day and the equipment was in the garage of my parents house. Level 100 on the amps!!!

You appear to appreciate high energy music. Give "Extacy," by Rusted Root a try. Something new to your playlist, and as good as it gets, for Latin Rock. Look forward to seeing you get off. Studio version, with lyrics. It is an antiwar composition. Keep up the good work. Peace.
Here we go.😂
Please react to your gonna get it by 311 please you will love it

The Aryan race
loool wtf wagwan mr trollstation
XDDD
The old man that came up with the concept for the type music Slayer plays said that he wanted the listener to feel like they are a punching bag. And they're being beat by the music. This is no lie. And I know there's a lot of people that dig this stuff but dude I can't stand it. And that's cool, you can hate it because it sucks.
Just FYI.... lyrics are about Joseph Mengele......
