These are the styles of "entry level" bikes that Harley should have been making and marketing. Harley wouldn't be in as much financial trouble as they are now if they had only came up with similar designs.
I was considering selling or trading my 2005 Harley Sportster 1200 Custom in for a newer bike, but not Chinese! However, I think that I will hold onto the Sportster because HD might be going out of business and my bike would become a collector’s item. Heck, HD dropped the evolution sportster model for that new computer controlled space age motor so my 2005 bike probably already is a collector’s bike!😊
Completely agree! In fact Harley now have a deal with QJ Motor (who owns keeway) to produce a 250cc motorcycle for the Chinese market (looks a lot like the keeway vcruise or v302c) the fact is they are currently making beter offerings and people will keep buying until everyone else catches up.

Benda motorcycles look amazing, but I actually think their branding / emblem is obnoxious, and ruins the look of the tank. A plain rounded tank, and it would've looked so much more clean and classy imo. 1:18, as a designer, it irks me how they have the classy handwritten script font, a rough 450 grunge font, and another cursive typeface at the back, really throws me off.
The 2024 Benda cruiser really looks a classy machine. I was in China in March 2024 and saw many Bendas in Chongqing, probably 2020-2023 vintage, but not as stylish as the 2024 model shown in this video. The one thing that caught my eye on the bikes I saw in China and that that the drive belt and driven pulley ... just like what I've got on my H-D Softail, so no worries about the durability of the belt with the power of the Benda's engine. Another bike I saw in Chongquing was a Kove, but it looked like a re-brand of a KTM Duke.
