  • I have always loved this design that I originally did YEARS ago with fondant, so I decided to do a modern version without fondant. I think it is just so airy and pretty:) I hope you like it too!

    Wunderschöne Torten mit Ideen die ich bereits schon erfolgreich umgesetzt habe. Vielen lieben Dank. Ich habe eine Frage zum wafer Papier der als Untergrund für die Rosen auf die Buttercreme angebracht wird, womit wird dies an der Torte befestigt, mit Wasser? Und kann die fertige Torte im Kühlschrank für den nächsten Tag gelagert werden? Vielen Dank ich freue mich auf neue tolle Ideen. Herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland

    I liked the the idea of giving life to wafer paper roses by steaming it really gave a completely different result.

    Beautiful cake Mary! I love the elegance softness and those faux fuchsia flowers really makes it POP! Question?
    How long can you keep the cake in the refrigerator without it damaging the Beautiful ruffle roses? Like maybe up to 1 day? And do you have to steam it to soften the ruffle roses before cutting and serving?? Thank you always for sharing your talents with us! 😊 ❤❤

      Oh I would think you would be ok with maybe 2 days in the fridge. I would just remove the roses before serving. I mean it is edible but I don't know how palatable it would be. Flavorless for sure.
