mb14 is arguably the best at recreating a song, and has 100% better vocals, but when putting a beat together....Saro will always be king, and that's what a loopstation battle is all about. I mean...he recorded a song in reverse.....If not a FU to recreaters, it was definitely a nod to what can be done.

That’s what makes them so good. The whole vibe in the place is brilliant.
This battle in particular is super chill due to them both being from france and being very good friends. They have done many collabs and group jams, in a way this was kinda a fantasy battle and the hype was real.

Okay I thought beatboxing was like that dude in the police academy movies did but this is a whole different thing. Are they running their mic through a effect box like on a guitar for Reverb and distortion? Is it just these guys or is there some electronic trickery also ?

I was blown away as well, great reaction bro. Always cool to discover new awesome talented stuff. Creative people are the shit and I was loving how they were digging each others stuff and walking over and checking it out and bouncing along with it. Absolutely blown away gonna check out a bunch more of this.
This battle is legendary, two of the greatest loop-station artists in the world at the top of their game! It’s still the most watched video on the GBB youtube channel I think.
Since this battle happened you can see how all the innovative and original techniques that MB14 and Saro introduced have influenced the rest of the community. There are many great loopers and beatboxers out there but none of them have done more to evolve and push the art forward than these two guys right here. After this they formed a two person group and make music together under the name ‘Wolfgang.’ 🙂
