Love what You are doing. I am 71 Years old and can do it no more. But I also loooove Your Cat. He/She is always with You. Watches You and is always beside You. Please keep up posting Your Videos. Show every Man in the world what a women can do.
Mary-I love it! Since that paint has a faint pink tint-the pink roses on the drawer fronts and bins are beautiful! And the glass knobs are just perfect. (Yes, I'm here in Feb 2024 because your videos ALWAYS inspire me. Thanks Mary-
Your cat is adorable. She obviously wants to be a RUclips sensation as she knows just the right time to enter the shot. Lol...blessings as you continue to knock our socks off with your ambition! Love your stuff
Very beautiful job you did, but I think you missed it with the plastic tubs, would have looked better with original drawers. I love everything else though, great work!!!
Well.... I don't think there's anything you can't do! You are the most creative person on U tube. Thoroughly enjoy your vlogs. I'm so jealous that you are so creative. Wish I lived near you!!!! Thanks for sharing this with me ❤️. See ya next time....
You make my mornings! I have been home a lot with chronic illness but watching your projects every day gets me motivated. And I LOVE YOUR CAT!!! Blessings from Adelaide ,Australia. x
The drawers would look much better in there! Wax the bottom & sides of the drawers and they will slide back in easily! If you don't have any wax then use an electric sander & sand the bottoms of those drawers then install & Poof they slide perfectly & looks so nice!!!
I found one of these on the side of the road. Left the top, mirror, and drawers natural wood after sanding and polishing. Painted the body black....what a stunner! My granddaughter claimed it immediately. 👍
Mary, this dressing table is by far my favorite piece you have ever created. I am so shabby chic. Pink. Pink. and green (light green of course). Donna xoxo
After watching the rest of your video, I must say, I agree with other comments that the original drawers would look much better than the plastic containers. It’s such a beautiful piece of furniture. When I’m upcycling dressers I always save the drawers.
Love what you have. If you used wax on your drawers on all sides. Slide them in and out several times and it should pull easy then. I do that and it works for me. looks good. try it sometime and see what you think.
I had a dresser that the drawers were horrible to get out, dampness had got to them and it took my strong son to get them out.. but I worked on them and the inside where the drawers touched when going in and out.. it took quite a bit of work and for the drawers to work (time in the house helped TONS!!!) But I sanded and sanded and used candle wax and now they work fine... many times if the drawers have been outside, even in a garage or shed the dampness causes drawers to stick horribly, but after being in the house and the sanding and waxing, they finally got to where they would slide easily. For your vanity, the original drawers would have been wonderful and decoupage the front of those with glass knobs and that would have been absolutely gorgeous!!! Sometimes it just takes longer to get a piece to work out, but it's always worth it!!! You should see my piece now...it looks great!!!
It amazes me how you do such a fantastic job and never get any paint all over you. Also, how do you move all of those pieces by yourself. You're work is amazing!
I love the piece. I think putting a wicker basket in shelves might look better, but I love the design on the pullout drawers and the knobs. Looks beautiful 💕
I love the floral paper on the baskets and on the front of the drawers! I just love light, vintage watercolor style floral prints. They really add elegance to this dresser! You did a great job!
I love all your work, amazing natural talent and ingenuity, plus a natural sense of style, these talents can’t be taught, but please wear a mask when sanding and spray painting, I get worried bout your future health when I see you work without a mask ? I admire your work ethic as well, and love your cats, I have four, my oldest is 19 she will be 20 this coming December, the others are 14; 4 and 3, all rescues, Cheers from Australia.
Love, love, LOVE this! So pretty. The color is spot on! I love the delicate, feminine, shabby chic print. But yes, I don't like the cheap plastic bins. I like the original drawers much better.
I wished you would give the drawers another chance....like the lady below said, you can use a block of canning wax to coat the runners in the dresser and the edges of the drawers as well as a bit of sanding the drawer edge. they would finish the dresser better to me, especially with that beautiful wall paper on it. Please think about it Mary.
I love using modge podge on furniture 😍 actually did my daughter's bed using modge podge and glitter and we also did her desk in modge podge and paper! Love it
Us those were dove tail. All you would have had to do was a heavy sanding and wax to get them to slide in and out. But the white decoupage baskets was the next best thing. I always enjoy watching your channel. You have a gift. God is good all the time. 😘❤️
I like the idea of changing out the bottom drawers if they were unusable but my mind’s eye sees a nice pair of wicker baskets that are the exact size of the spaces. Perhaps with a light pink ticking fabric liner. 💚👍
The color you chose is so beautiful!!! I also like neutral and muted colors. I think a “white washed” painting using this color on wicker baskets could have worked or original drawers. I absolutely love pebbles!!!!!!!! 🥰
I think I agree with several others that commented, the dressing table looks absolutely dreamy but I would really try to make the drawers work, the empty space around the baskets draws your eye and takes away from the lovely colour of your paint and pretty paper.
Thanks for visiting my channel and I totally agree with you about the bins looking a bit small..I was in a hurry to get it finished and didn't want to mess with "sticky" drawers at the time..but I have since painted the drawers, sanded them and they work fine! I will need to post an update!:)
Love your kitchen! Would love a home tour one day. Great tip on watering down paper before modge podging, didn't know that. Love the colors & paper. Love your kitty too, noticed in another video it crawled up in your lap. We have 3, seems they always want attention when you get into doing something.

Your side kick is always with you, your cat.😂
Mary-I love it! Since that paint has a faint pink tint-the pink roses on the drawer fronts and bins are beautiful! And the glass knobs are just perfect. (Yes, I'm here in Feb 2024 because your videos ALWAYS inspire me. Thanks Mary-
You have such cute little cats! They’re always following you around and precious little explorers!
You do such nice projects! This darling vanity deserved to have all her drawers in...not the cheap dollar tree bins.
Your cat is adorable. She obviously wants to be a RUclips sensation as she knows just the right time to enter the shot. Lol...blessings as you continue to knock our socks off with your ambition! Love your stuff
Love the background sounds of birds, wind, water, etc. Making me a ache for spring! Loving your channel. 😎
Very beautiful job you did, but I think you missed it with the plastic tubs, would have looked better with original drawers. I love everything else though, great work!!!
i agree

Love the cat 🐈. The cats like, what? ‘What are you doing now? ‘ 😆😂. 💎💎💎
I was thinking the same thing....such a pretty kitty...
I absolutely love how your cat makes a cameo appearance in almost all your videos. So cute! LOL
The drawers would look much better in there! Wax the bottom & sides of the drawers and they will slide back in easily! If you don't have any wax then use an electric sander & sand the bottoms of those drawers then install & Poof they slide perfectly & looks so nice!!!

I love hearing the birds singing in your videos. It sounds so idyllic.
After watching the rest of your video, I must say, I agree with other comments that the original drawers would look much better than the plastic containers. It’s such a beautiful piece of furniture. When I’m upcycling dressers I always save the drawers.
Excellent after SIX years!! ❤
You get more amazing in each video you do! Love, love, love, your furniture flips!
Love love love all of your flips! Can't wait for the next one!

Very sweet dresser. Love you content. Very inspiring. Thank you.
What if you sanded the old drawers down and rubbed bar soap on the edges to help it slide more easily?
I would love to have a friend like you!!
Me, too!
I love that piece.it reminds me of being a young girl my Aunt had one.She put it in my room when i was a teenager.it made me so happy.thank you
Love the way you painted and used mod podg to fix the drawers.... Very soothing and calming affect....thank you for your time....
Your videos are so fun to watch 💕Always love them! NZ
That cat loves you and is the star of the show! 🐈😻🤗🐱
I love love love that idea wow thank u
Mary what a beautiful job. You are so very talented. And i love your cat.
I love the piece. I think putting a wicker basket in shelves might look better, but I love the design on the pullout drawers and the knobs. Looks beautiful 💕

Stunning! I’m sooo enjoying your tutorials. Telling everyone about your channel. Thank you so much. God bless 🙏🇨🇦
I really like that you talked about your sprayer. The vanity turned out great. You make me want to refinish my old vanity.
Another beautiful transformation Mary!
So beautiful. I love the color you picked out and adding the paper was a great finishing touch.
That color!!! omg. Delicious!
It really looks great. Now I want to do my antique dressing table.
I love all your work, amazing natural talent and ingenuity, plus a natural sense of style, these talents can’t be taught, but please wear a mask when sanding and spray painting, I get worried bout your future health when I see you work without a mask ? Glad you ended up using the drawers after all. Love the floral paper you mod podged on the little drawers.
Such a beautiful piece of furniture!
I love your work! You are so creative and skilled!
The vanity looks beautiful! God Bless you!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
That is the cutest dressing table I have seen ever. Love it. Nice job!
Love, love, LOVE this! So pretty. The color is spot on! I love the delicate, feminine, shabby chic print. But yes, I don't like the cheap plastic bins. I like the original drawers much better.
So cute I love the color.

Use original drawers. Sand them down if they stick and rub candle wax on them to slide.
Wildflower wind: I agree with you.
Original drawers would look better.
Wouldn’t that be an only temporary answer?
Happybidr you can always rub more wax
I was going to say the same thing - Every now and then if they stick just rub a candle on the bottom - Easy fix
That's true Magic,Mary..Soul warming colour & design!
So happy you put the drawers back!
I was 100% on board with your project and enjoying the video... and then Kitty showed up and my happiness tripled randomly. Kitty!! ❤️🐈
The perfect shade of paint! So pretty!! Nice subdued floral print on drawers, and nice to read you fixed the drawers. So feminine!! 🌸
I love using modge podge on furniture 😍 actually did my daughter's bed using modge podge and glitter and we also did her desk in modge podge and paper! Love it
Love your projects, you're such an inspiration! So many birds around! Love your surround!
It looks really nice but I think I would've preferred it with the original drawers on the bottom.
Me too.
Me three!!
Or even a door. Especially if the drawers weren’t sliding in and out nicely.
Us those were dove tail. All you would have had to do was a heavy sanding and wax to get them to slide in and out. But the white decoupage baskets was the next best thing. I always enjoy watching your channel. You have a gift. God is good all the time. 😘❤️
Love it! Very Shabby Chic, Love your videos, Tfs.
Just love watching u!! U r amaxing!! U r just so very creative! U make everything look brand new!! Thanks for sharing. God bless u
Beautiful! Glad you went back to the original drawers. The plastic bins just didn’t do it.
Where??
Shandele Broyles she posted in the drop down box that she fixed the drawers.
Your kitty is so cute! Always interested.
The Kitty's name is Pebbles! I jokingly think he's her supervisor! Seems to pop up out no where checking what she's up to!
Just love your cat magnificent animal as all cats are
That is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!
I just love what you did to the drawer, looks like a makeup desk to me. I love you'r idea!
I ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️the transformation of the dressing table!!! It is such a STUNNING piece you created!! Well done!!! 😀
Hi! ☺ That dressing vanity came out Beautiful! ☺ Thank you for sharing!! ☺☺😎😎
Really turned out pretty. I love the color too!
Love everything about this project. ❤️
Beautiful!
I think it would have looked better with the original drawers, thumb tacks help with sliding issues
Crystal I agree. Sanding and waxing the drawers would have fixed the sliding issue. Then mod podge them to match
I agree & waxing would help with the sticking issue.
Or even rubbing a bar of soap on the bottom usually does the trick. I just hope she didn’t get rid of those original drawers !!
I like what you did with dollar tree baskets it looks wonderful you really do amazing work! I have learned a lot today.
C Martin She never gets rid of anything, so I doubt she did.
Your cat is adorable! Follows you everywhere!
It’s absolutely lovely
That is a nice big work space to work on you DIYs. Love the dressing table, great job ❤️☮️
Came out so pretty.💕💕💕
Love how the dressing table turned out. The printed floral design gives it that shabby chic touch. The baskets were a nice touch too. TFS!
My Mom had that exact Vanity. She sold it years ago for $5.00. You did a great job in the refurbish. Love watching your videos.
That was so beautiful 😍
I had that exact same Mirrored vanity when I was a kid.. WOW.. !
Looks like the dressing table my mother had, it was beautiful
Love it beautiful colour and I like the modge pod print
Oh I love this beautiful feminine piece...
I like the idea of changing out the bottom drawers if they were unusable but my mind’s eye sees a nice pair of wicker baskets that are the exact size of the spaces. Perhaps with a light pink ticking fabric liner. 💚👍
A wonderful job on this old piece. Love it.🙄
Just perfect!
Sooo beautiful!! Wow! Great job! U r so creative and very talented! Thanks for sharing! God bless u
So pretty!
I just love your work, what an amazing job you have done to this beautiful piece.
Thanks for all of the great tips
Yes! what a beautiful, piece!!!
Beautiful piece.
Beautiful. Great job!
Looks nice.
Very lovely 👍❤️
The color you chose is so beautiful!!! I also like neutral and muted colors. I think a “white washed” painting using this color on wicker baskets could have worked or original drawers. I absolutely love pebbles!!!!!!!! 🥰
I love your Kitty! Obviously part of the family.😄

It turned out really pretty! It's so satisfying when I recreate something...I'm sure you feel the same!
Another success, Mary! 👏👏
Ya gotta love Pebbles the cat!
Omg yes! That's one supervisor I can live with! Lol.
So clever! Great color. Just love to watch how creative you are. I ordered your book last night from your Etsy shop and can't wait to read it!!!!
