This Gesan Mamo can be Very annoying. They usually respond late to enquiries. Is that your experience with them? I am wondering what would happen if someone is dying and needs to get information from them....
Hmmm, so sorry. We didn't have that issue but this is also because we messaged them over a month before. So we already had the insurance before we got out approvals. Just be a little patient with them, this is peak period, there's lots of people reaching to them this period.
