Kristian Perez It really shows that they need to spend more time working on their games, I know they've been working on this for 3 years but Assassins Creed 2 was the only game that had a time gap of over 1 year and that was the best received, I always want a yearly assassin's creed game and I'm sure Ubisoft do to because of all the money they make but if they don't slow down the pace a little they'll end up with the fatigue that Call of Duty has gained from a yearly dosage of modern military shooter with no alteration.
The way they walk away after extinguishing that stick leaving him for the people..... And how they watch over them in the end is amazing..... It feel's so cool, mysterious and heroic......

But now, after looking at this, and how devastating the French revolution was, i am pumped and excited for this game like no other. JUST through this trailer we can see how insane the days were back then and i think Ubisoft does a tremendous job at giving us a sneak peak. Also how you have to rely on each other in team fights as a Brother hood. I can't wait.

I stopped call I duty after black ops cause they are just turning terrible and too futuristic which isn't what call of duty was about. Like if they did Call of duty 2 again with the graphics they have now if probably buy it but people just but the game cause of it's name. The whole smoke grenade thing was something I wanted to see the assassins do for years. I would love to see that become a part of the gameplay. Although revelations had them, they were only to stun guards. I want to see it hit on a much bigger scale to stun several guards spread out so you can locate and dispatch them. It's a shame I won't be playing unity though...

Loved this game Paris is glorious looking,it had its flaws,I know since I preordered but right now most bugs has been patched out and the gameplay is enjoyable although the story is not long enough for my liking,coop mode is amazing syndicate should have had it(2 character 2 player)

For me, I think the coolest bits are A) the bit with the fuse right at the end (so badass!), and B) that seeing this a month later makes me just as excited for the game as it did on day 1. Can't wait for October!
Man to be completely honest the reason I mostly like this game is because the way they climb and free run is so much better than the other games and also I fucking love the new weapons and shit
Although Unity is considered a failure, I enjoyed it a lot and found no bugs when playing (except for the people) the atmosphere was beautiful, the lighting was so realistic, the parkour was excellent, even the clothing had a very realistic flow to it when running. The combat system was terrible unlike AC3 which was the best of the series. Syndicate was a better game in terms of how much it resembled past AC games. Syndicate's parkour did seem a little off compared to Unity. clothing didn't flow as gracefully as Unity. Combat system was brought back MUCH better than Unity especially for combo kills. And the overall character and atmosphere of the game felt beautiful and well made.
The only thing about this trailer is it lacks the badass feeling like Edward in the bar in the ac black flag trailer i miss that i just hope trailers without badassery will not become a habit i mean a one off is fine this is still really good and the end when the assassins just takes out the rods flame and walks away like "you aint worth my time" i like that was badass but it wasn't solo badass

AppleGames Yea I'm sure you did, but I don't think they would incorporate a whole new story line involving the illuminati and orders from hidden spirits when there's enough already going on, however the 'focus' artefact shown in the game could be about contacting the dead etc. However, I feel as though this would disrupt the usual feel to the AC games, as the assassin who you play as would know most of the secrets and details from the start, making the game less immersive.

Yeah Unity nailed the free running and hidden blade attack animations and the weapons and gear are awesome, 2h axe

GINGERJMEZ Well, the most story centred of them all was AC3 actually. AC4 lost me though. It had fun gameplay and huge open world, but became quite repetitive after a while. Also the story was quite dull. That game had a lot more potential.

AppleGames Yea I'm sure you did, but I don't think they would incorporate a whole new story line involving the illuminati and orders from hidden spirits when there's enough already going on, however the 'focus' artefact shown in the game could be about contacting the dead etc. However, I feel as though this would disrupt the usual feel to the AC games, as the assassin who you play as would know most of the secrets and details from the start, making the game less immersive.

Because templars are trying to slave humanity for their goals. They think that they know best what´s appropriate for all humans and if people do not agree with their opinions, they´ll corrupt , torture and kill them.
a good new game, a new place to explore, a good new character to learn about (or 4 in this case) the assassins and templars have always been 2 sides of the same coin and we all new that, the reason this will be a good game is the same reason all the others were good, its a great story

Last-gen consoles are apparently getting Assassin's Creed: Comet on the same day. Set in 1758, you'll be playing as a Templar named Shay in the British Colonies. Presumably, characters like Haytham and Adewale will show up again.
Ship combat will make a return. Same source had the name and setting of AC: Unity.
Game would be too big for previous gen consoles anyway

I just love how the Assassins are the hoods in the crowd and are secretly guiding and saving people through the revolution. And with the catacombs being in France and it being confirmed you can explore them, who wants to bet that they have something to do with the pieces of Eden?
It looks great how they've given each their own characteristics and skills.

Finally, the french revolution. perfect for an Assassin's Creed game. Love the dart-shooting-hiddenblade, i knew this would come one day. And those crowds i saw in the gameplay trailer, soooooo many people O__O now we really can say the assassins are a blade in the crowd. His clothes are good, too. Matchin in the epoche but still got the characteristics of an assassin. Wonder what the modern time plotline will be like
