- Finally the Messi adidas F50 is here, we've got Messi's upper, Messi's burrito tongue ... and it's missing one critical element!!!!
This is going to be my 5 minute first impressions review, I've been in these for around 90 minutes and want to give you my first impressions. We are talking sizing, fit, upper material, touch, all the good stuff condensed down into just a few minutes.
There will of course be a full tech breakdown video on the way, but there is always critical information that you guys ask for, so I wanted to get all of that into a nice neat little package as quickly as possible.
So, it's the adidas Messi F50 elite FG in 5 Minutes ... ish.

Hey Boot Wizard, does these have that inner padding in the toe box upper like the original 2014 f50s had or is it thin as the hybrid touch 2.0s?
Kind of like I was saying about the materials, it's like a hybrid touch 1.5, not quite the same as 2014 and definitely not as thin as the Predator
Hi James, I am wear a 7.5 us in mercurials, a 7 us in gx and gx2, and 7.5 us in mizuno Morelia neo 4, should I go with a 7 or 7.5 us with these? Quite confused.
That is indeed a tough one. I can't guarantee it, but based on your mercurial and GX sizes I'd say a 7
Could I ask how you compare the toe box and mid-foot with Adidas Predator Elite (Lace) version? I’m wearing Predator Elite in 7.5 US Mens and wonder if I should get the same size on this boot. Thanks much for the review!!
A lot of people have gone up half a size in the predator. I'd say there is more room in the F50 it's not as low and pinched. So it really depends on how the pred fits you

If there is some creasing in my football boots is that a problem
Depends where it is. Creasing across the midfoot area is totally normal.
@@BootWizardyeah mostly in the mid foot/ lower toe box area. Do you think that it will affect my performance and require me to change model of boot

@@Flaqqo_ clearest look I've ever got is on his Speed Portal, the pair that he wore just after Argentina won the world cup and were custom for this for that, and the lacing system and the way they're laced looks identical to retail

I haven't tried the Vapor 16 so I couldn't say at the moment.
