just have a friend help you hold the wheel and use an open end crescent wrench on her. its hard to sit on it and do it yourself. mine probably took about 100lbs of force. regular thread, lefty loosie. just put a ton of force on it. all the rust and use get's them seized up pretty well. i finally got it off after this video in order to replace my gears and bearings!!!!!!!!! good luck
