This hits hard for me, it's like Elysia is telling to Mei to not cry for them, just Sims, and to wait to use them with the people of her era. This is just Elysia and the FC's saying goodbye to Mei before disappearing and hoping for her and the girls to success where they failed.

But I wanted to enlight u on smthing, I genuinely do not think they failed, they actually reached one of their mainset goals, which u can clearly hear in Elysia's voice lines when she said: " *Create a future we could not reach* "
There is also that one that Su said: " *Hopefully, the traces we leave behind can create anew future for those who come after* ", which sincerely touched me the most..

Maybe because that's not what ER story is. TruE's themes are like Moon Halo, if it didn't have all the various build up (Nightglow, Cyberangel, Rubia) leading to it (which are the ones wrenching the heart because you're remembering them and thinking that you've gone a long way). Both Moon Halo and TruE are about hope and pushing forward to a bright future: the former is for Kiana as she leaves the memory of Himeko behind, while the latter is for Mei as she leaves the Elysian Realm and the memories she has touched within.

At first I didn't like how it ended, like in a high note, open-ended. But then I realised, yeah, that's the whole idea.
The curtain came down on Elysia and all the FC, but they left a legacy for the future, for a brighter tomorrow.
Indeed, the last sentence literally says "New stories have yet to start".
That's what I thought too. They haven't resolved the tension yet but the song has already ended.
It's so true that the idea of the music is "move on to a better future" that the music literally "ends" with the word "start. Really really nice touch.
This is the first time seeing Mihoyo doing a MV (Music Video) and I love single of it. Thank you, Honkai team for giving us a great Music Video and an animated short!
This song give different vibe from other depression and sad vibe of the previous song, which is often about sad story of spectacular character like Kiana, fu hua or mei. This song is not about singular people, it’s about the whole thirteen people, about the “grand and spectacular ending of the flame chasers”. If the other song is about the story, the Ost like Apho 2 is about the begin, so this ost is about the ending

It’s really amazing that they made the music this time not sad and depressing but more of an uplifting and motivating song instead. Because the animated short and song wasn’t supposed to make you feel depressed about the end of Elysian Realm, it’s message was to keep moving forward and to never look back. You can say the same for Moon Halo as well since they have almost the same formula, except one is the beginning while the other is how things ended. Well done, Mihoyo, the skills that you guys have is spectacular. ⭐❤🩹😭

Wasn't that big of a fan of Elysia when she first appears. I always thought that she was just a mere fanservice character which wouldn't be all that surprising in a gacha game like Honkai.
But along the way, I realized that she was so much more than that. And this MV along with the animation sealed the deal that she may be my favorite Honkai character of all times.

She's always been the one in controle. She's shown in the fight with mei that her powers overrides that of the hoc's. Wether this is because of her herrscher powers or because she has a hidden gateway for the authorities of the ER that the hoc didn't know about, idk. Both sound believable as the people of the PE knew the hoc would appear again so they probably made a safety-net.
She’s not newly formed, she was born a Herrscher and has always been the first Herrscher

Literally how I feel in love with MiHoYo games was when I first heard angel of sin way back on GGZ. It's been a long ride since then but I don't regret my decision to get on the MiHoYo bandwagon at that time and HI3 proves that it wasn't a wrong decision either.

Well she is the protagonist in this part of the story like everything was about her like how she died, how she interacted with others, her conversations even with Mei that she didn´t even knew in real life you can just imagine just an optimistic and caretaking character right there plus they introduced all the flamechasers so everyone got attached to someone. I see Kalpas, Griseo, Aponia, Kevin, Kosma fans because it took like what 7-8 months of ER story almost a year and we got invested but I do agree a lot of us love Elysia myself included plus I love her VA so that just made it even better

honkai team is the one beacon of hope we have in the large conglomerate gaming industry. They know how to market their stuff, and still put soul into it.
Mihoyo CEO literally said in an interview that Honkai Impact is for them to fanboy/fangirl using company's money. You can definitely expect them to throw every last drop of their soul into this game.
