I... I just can't... I think Kiana is the character who I have emotionally connected the most in my life. Like her I too was a child that didn't have to worry about important stuff. A child that didn't care what the others think of him. I even remember getting in trouble because my teacher kept telling me that the sky needed to be painted blue but I was so stubborn saying I wanted to paint it pink. I didn't like study either, even though the teachers knew I was smart. I only started to get good notes after making a promise to my grandfather. It was in highschool when all went wrong. I started to suffer from an abusive cuantity of bullying that came from people I once thought were friends. What I was being told started to care to me and got me into thinking on ending my life. Which I only didn't do because I didn't wanted my mother to have to see such a scene. I don't know if that's a new low in self-esteem. I became way more timid and scared of people that I kept all to myself. After all, why bother other people with my problems? you're a man dude! Keep your life together. (just in case, I was not being serius there). Then collage came and slowly I started to meet people that seemed to like me. But I never shared a lot. I got shocked when after 4 or 5 years one of my best friends told me that they feel they don't know a lot about me. 4 or 5 years ago another good friend recomended me honkai because: Look, it has cute waifus and amazing animation for being a mobile game. And what I found is much more valuable. The story, the music, the visuals, the characters and the lovely protagonist that makes me want to face my ghosts just like she did. The whole cinematic is already sad and fulfilling but when I watched adult kiana cheering kid kiana I just broke. Thanks for everything. And thanks to you too if you took the time to read the little story of a complete stranger that just tried to express himself in all that the last cinematic and this song made him feel. Sacrifices wouldn't have to be in vain, and lives would continue. But betrayal would always take its course, and eventually, one of us would be lost. When I faced that stubborn girl again, in the shadows of Karma and Finality, I saw a glimpse of her life. The journey from St. Freya to the rest of the world, defeating both the 2nd Herrscher and Herrscher of Domination, reuniting with old friends... If we Flame-Chasers had found a solution to defeat the Herrscher of Binding ourselves, the story may have been different. But as it stands, we're only backups of our true selves, and our legacy has ended. The legacy of Kiana Kaslana will continue to walk the world. With people like Raiden Mei, Hua and Theresa with her, I believe she will liberate the world from Honkai in my place. From one Kaslana to another, I respect your decision and hope you continue to move forward. I've nothing left to say but that.

I've been here since the start. Even if I haven't been playing the game actively at some points I've always been following the story. 7 years watching our little Kiana's story. I think Kiana belongs to Hoversе favorite and most well-written character for a long time. She has happiness and fulfillment, she develops and changes, she learns many things, but in the end she remains herself i hope in the end all the important characters in their other games reach the same level of as her

("them" refers to the honkai characters, "your" refers to Kiana) - When good old days are passing away Will you promise your heart remains the same ("you," "your, "refers to kiana here) - Never can we suspend the time (the "we" refers to everyone here) Having to leave the tracks behind there is a longer way ahead, After all. Kiana Kaslana will remain a legend in the hoyoverse community and i know that for a fact. She is by far the most well-written character to date, i was so invested and connected to her despite i dropped Hi3rd early due to gaming issues, but i can assure that Hi3rd earns a very special place in my heart as the game with the best storyline and character development ever. god bless honkai.

kiana really grew up, After seven years of playing this game, seele and Kiana were always my favorite characters. Every character represented someone in my life, all of Kiana reminded me of myself. I was always a stubborn person who saw things in different ways. I did math problems in different ways, I had a learning disorder. When I was younger I always saw the world through a different lens than everyone else. I thought of birthdays as a year closer to death. Every day I woke up and thought of how close I was to my death date. But once I played honkai impact, everything changed. I followed Kiana through the story. I too am a person who would do anything for my friends. I grew up with Kiana side-by-side, and I'm so glad she's finally all older and looking back at herself. Now when I have a birthday, I think of it as another successful year alive. When I wake up, I think of another day to come full of mysteries. Kiana changed me so much as we both grew up, this is a really sad goodbye to say all to the character I looked up to and was inspired from. If Kiana was real, I would thank her, for not only being my hero but for being a hero to everyone else that's just like me. For being there for everyone. Kiana got to be 3 different Hers Herscherrs. Even after the whole fiasco with Seigfried, Theresa and Otto, she never gave up. Truly a befitting theme song.
So proud of our strong and lovely daughter Kiana. Initially created to serve as a vessel for an evil herrscher. but Kiana is still human, deserving of joy, love, friendship. She managed to change her fate into her desired one. Siegfried, her adoptive father still cares for Kiana as his own daughter. Kiana went through alot of despair, HOV using her body to cause chaos and kill her teacher, someone very significant to her, and I am so glad Himeko was there by her side to comfort her and gave her a pep talk when she was down. I am so glad she met FuHua in her life too. Kiana, waking up alone without her friends, brought her to deep despair. She must have felt so hurt. I can't imagine the regret she must have felt at the time. If it weren't for Fu Hua, she would have succumbed to HOV and lose herself. Fu Hua definitely helped her overcome herself and control her void powers. Raiden Mei, her very first and best-est friend forever, they live to support each other and would do anything to sacrifice themselves for each other. Raiden Mei definitely played a big part in Kiana's life, and Kiana played a big part in hers too. Kiana is surrounded by people who love and care for her, regardless of who she is, who she was, what she had done and what herrscher she is. This girl whom everyone used to see as one hell of an idiot brat, is now a hero of the world who protects the beautiful things from the taint of honkai. I genuinely regard myself as a more cold person but Honkai somehow managed to make me feel more emotion than any show or game ever has. Funnily enough, when i first started playing honkai is the exact same date i met my first gf. Being an introvert weeb that is myself, getting a gf is like a miracle. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate incident it did not last long but the impact it left changes who i am. Being heartbroken, i remember distracting myself playing honkai all the time. Witnessing Kiana standing up again after what happened to Himeko really give me courage to move on. Witnessing Kiana growth while also growing myself make me really attached to the story. Its been a year now and i'm doing way better. Also coincidently it is really close to my graduation from college, Graduation Trip...now it really have way more meaning. "The day i pick up Honkai is the day my fate change" Since this going to be buried in the comment section it would be a nice time capsule for the future me -5 April 2023

It's been a long journey to get here fellow Captains. We've been through hardships, struggles, and most of all - happy moments with our Valkyries. We've watch Kiana grow up from her rash self to her new mature one while still retaining her hopeful outlook, we've seen Mei grew stronger and determined for her own little family, we've been with Bronya through her journey as she saved Seele and a lot more people. Honkai makes great music/song all the time, but this and Regression will always be my favorite, regression for how much i respect that bastard for sticking to his goal and how he made people feel something for him Da Capo for how it speaks of Kiana's journey, it really was one hell of a ride and i do not regret being a part of it, i hope to see her again in the future.

I've never been so emotionally attached to a Honkai song. Like, I know them, I listen to most of them when I'm bored, but that's all there to it. Sometimes there are songs like Otto's regression and Yae Sakura's theme that I keep repeating for a few days or a week but when I get bored its easy for me to forget them until I came across them in my recommended. But Da Capo is something else, seriously. I found this one thru spotify recommendation, actually. I don't play Honkai, so I don't immediately know when a new song releases. And at first I thought "okay, cool song, kind of my type" I wasn't too crazy about it or anything. I also know the gist, it's a song for Kiana's graduation now that she is going to the moon, and an epilogue for her story. But like, that was it. Funny thing is, whenever I feel down, or when I'm trying to get something difficult down, the first thing that I subconsciously try to hum is this song since I first listened to it. There is something about this song, it has this bittersweet impression but it is also full of hope. I mean, obviously, its Kiana's parting song! But even without having ever touched Honkai, and even though I'm not as emotionally attached to Kiana as a character, this song REALLY resonates with me on a whole emotional level. Right now I'm living away from my family, and I don't exactly have as many friends here where I am. When I need help, I have to face things head on alone for the most part. And that's where things are starting to get to me, but listening to Da Capo makes me feel like there will always be hope at the end of the tunnel. I don't know if its the lyrics, the instrumental, or both (I misheard most of the lyrics lol) but it just gives me hope. It really fuels me to get through and live to see tomorrow. Yesterday too, I was making a 3d room in blender while listening to this song. And whaddya know, I actually made an entire mini low poly bedroom! I almost gave up halfway bc making the floor and the window is really difficult and the tutorial was not only fast paced, I couldnt hear the speaker well. But anyways after five hours of looking up other manuals I managed to do it with this song playing in the background.
I'm crying twice more because Kiana who I met in 2022, appeared to have more and more parallels with my OC made in 2018 when I didn't know Honkai. Just when my OC's story comes to an end, this animated short comes out and as I hear this song I just could not stop holding tears anymore because at this point these two characters, mine and Kiana got a lot of common. "If it's too hard to say goodbye" to me means that I also should let go my OC to have his end but I can't. You made my day MiHoYo

I... I just can't...
I think Kiana is the character who I have emotionally connected the most in my life. Like her I too was a child that didn't have to worry about important stuff. A child that didn't care what the others think of him. I even remember getting in trouble because my teacher kept telling me that the sky needed to be painted blue but I was so stubborn saying I wanted to paint it pink. I didn't like study either, even though the teachers knew I was smart. I only started to get good notes after making a promise to my grandfather.
It was in highschool when all went wrong. I started to suffer from an abusive cuantity of bullying that came from people I once thought were friends. What I was being told started to care to me and got me into thinking on ending my life. Which I only didn't do because I didn't wanted my mother to have to see such a scene. I don't know if that's a new low in self-esteem.
I became way more timid and scared of people that I kept all to myself. After all, why bother other people with my problems? you're a man dude! Keep your life together. (just in case, I was not being serius there). Then collage came and slowly I started to meet people that seemed to like me. But I never shared a lot. I got shocked when after 4 or 5 years one of my best friends told me that they feel they don't know a lot about me.
4 or 5 years ago another good friend recomended me honkai because: Look, it has cute waifus and amazing animation for being a mobile game. And what I found is much more valuable. The story, the music, the visuals, the characters and the lovely protagonist that makes me want to face my ghosts just like she did. The whole cinematic is already sad and fulfilling but when I watched adult kiana cheering kid kiana I just broke.
Thanks for everything. And thanks to you too if you took the time to read the little story of a complete stranger that just tried to express himself in all that the last cinematic and this song made him feel.

I hardly can recount the tragedy in my life, but it was before things went awry. I tried everything to make the world a better place - a world free from Honkai, from disaster. Sacrifices wouldn't have to be in vain, and lives would continue. But betrayal would always take its course, and eventually, one of us would be lost.
When I faced that stubborn girl again, in the shadows of Karma and Finality, I saw a glimpse of her life. The journey from St. Freya to the rest of the world, defeating both the 2nd Herrscher and Herrscher of Domination, reuniting with old friends... If we Flame-Chasers had found a solution to defeat the Herrscher of Binding ourselves, the story may have been different. But as it stands, we're only backups of our true selves, and our legacy has ended.
The legacy of Kiana Kaslana will continue to walk the world. With people like Raiden Mei, Hua and Theresa with her, I believe she will liberate the world from Honkai in my place. From one Kaslana to another, I respect your decision and hope you continue to move forward.

After seven years of playing this game, seele and Kiana were always my favorite characters.
Every character represented someone in my life, all of Kiana reminded me of myself.
I was always a stubborn person who saw things in different ways. I did math problems in different ways, I had a learning disorder. When I was younger I always saw the world through a different lens than everyone else. I thought of birthdays as a year closer to death. Every day I woke up and thought of how close I was to my death date. But once I played honkai impact, everything changed.
I followed Kiana through the story. I too am a person who would do anything for my friends. I grew up with Kiana side-by-side, and I'm so glad she's finally all older and looking back at herself. Now when I have a birthday, I think of it as another successful year alive. When I wake up, I think of another day to come full of mysteries. Kiana changed me so much as we both grew up, this is a really sad goodbye to say all to the character I looked up to and was inspired from. If Kiana was real, I would thank her, for not only being my hero but for being a hero to everyone else that's just like me. For being there for everyone. For being someone who would do anything to make others proud. Maybe it's not the end for Kiana, or for me. It's a new beginning instead. To everyone with hopes and dreams and people just trying to grow up and live life, go out there and explore life. Create a new beginning for yourself, just like Kiana did.

Kiana got to be 3 different Hers Herscherrs. Even after the whole fiasco with Seigfried, Theresa and Otto, she never gave up. Truly a befitting theme song.
So proud of our strong and lovely daughter Kiana.
Initially created to serve as a vessel for an evil herrscher.
but Kiana is still human, deserving of joy, love, friendship.
She managed to change her fate into her desired one.
Siegfried, her adoptive father still cares for Kiana as his own daughter.
Kiana went through alot of despair, HOV using her body to cause chaos and kill her teacher, someone very significant to her, and I am so glad Himeko was there by her side to comfort her and gave her a pep talk when she was down.
I am so glad she met FuHua in her life too. Kiana, waking up alone without her friends, brought her to deep despair. She must have felt so hurt. I can't imagine the regret she must have felt at the time. If it weren't for Fu Hua, she would have succumbed to HOV and lose herself. Fu Hua definitely helped her overcome herself and control her void powers.
Raiden Mei, her very first and best-est friend forever, they live to support each other and would do anything to sacrifice themselves for each other. Raiden Mei definitely played a big part in Kiana's life, and Kiana played a big part in hers too.
Kiana is surrounded by people who love and care for her, regardless of who she is, who she was, what she had done and what herrscher she is. This girl whom everyone used to see as one hell of an idiot brat, is now a hero of the world who protects the beautiful things from the taint of honkai. She's really grown mature, happier, and she now smiles a lot more compared to when she was HOF and before that.

This song is the first time I ever cried due to music. Honkai has been such an amazing game and I cannot wait for the new beginnings of part 2.
I genuinely regard myself as a more cold person but Honkai somehow managed to make me feel more emotion than any show or game ever has.

Funnily enough, when i first started playing honkai is the exact same date i met my first gf. Being an introvert weeb that is myself, getting a gf is like a miracle. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate incident it did not last long but the impact it left changes who i am. Being heartbroken, i remember distracting myself playing honkai all the time. Witnessing Kiana standing up again after what happened to Himeko really give me courage to move on. Witnessing Kiana growth while also growing myself make me really attached to the story. Its been a year now and i'm doing way better. Also coincidently it is really close to my graduation from college, Graduation Trip...now it really have way more meaning.

We've watch Kiana grow up from her rash self to her new mature one while still retaining her hopeful outlook, we've seen Mei grew stronger and determined for her own little family, we've been with Bronya through her journey as she saved Seele and a lot more people. Shit, all I'm saying is this is a happy ending for all of us. It's hard not to cry damn it.

This line really hits me in the heart. I really felt it because I moved out from my home to continue my studies and had to live far away from my family and best friends. It was hard for me to be far away from them however it's the choice I had to make to go further

I may not be able to appreciate this for the end of Kiana's tale like other captains, as I'm not very far in the story... The time in which I found this song and the graduation trip animation was... Still deeply impactful. Today is my birthday, my first one after a long and difficult University period. Something that while I'm chronologically past never felt over... Until today. Between my birthday and this song... It's all come crashing. The end of such a long period of my life, now over, and I stand in front of a wide open sky. The path ahead is gonna be hard still, but... I'm here, alive, with friends helping me walk that path... It's made me genuinely glad to be alive.

I've never been so emotionally attached to a Honkai song. Like, I know them, I listen to most of them when I'm bored, but that's all there to it. Sometimes there are songs like Otto's regression and Yae Sakura's theme that I keep repeating for a few days or a week but when I get bored its easy for me to forget them until I came across them in my recommended.
But Da Capo is something else, seriously. I found this one thru spotify recommendation, actually. I don't play Honkai, so I don't immediately know when a new song releases. And at first I thought "okay, cool song, kind of my type" I wasn't too crazy about it or anything. I also know the gist, it's a song for Kiana's graduation now that she is going to the moon, and an epilogue for her story. But like, that was it.
Funny thing is, whenever I feel down, or when I'm trying to get something difficult down, the first thing that I subconsciously try to hum is this song since I first listened to it. There is something about this song, it has this bittersweet impression but it is also full of hope. I mean, obviously, its Kiana's parting song! But even without having ever touched Honkai, and even though I'm not as emotionally attached to Kiana as a character, this song REALLY resonates with me on a whole emotional level.
Right now I'm living away from my family, and I don't exactly have as many friends here where I am. When I need help, I have to face things head on alone for the most part. And that's where things are starting to get to me, but listening to Da Capo makes me feel like there will always be hope at the end of the tunnel. I don't know if its the lyrics, the instrumental, or both (I misheard most of the lyrics lol) but it just gives me hope. It really fuels me to get through and live to see tomorrow.
Yesterday too, I was making a 3d room in blender while listening to this song. And whaddya know, I actually made an entire mini low poly bedroom! I almost gave up halfway bc making the floor and the window is really difficult and the tutorial was not only fast paced, I couldnt hear the speaker well. But anyways after five hours of looking up other manuals I managed to do it with this song playing in the background.

I'm crying twice more because Kiana who I met in 2022, appeared to have more and more parallels with my OC made in 2018 when I didn't know Honkai. Just when my OC's story comes to an end, this animated short comes out and as I hear this song I just could not stop holding tears anymore because at this point these two characters, mine and Kiana got a lot of common.
